I was less than impressed with this visit. I ordered my food on the app and I don’t like the new app, it seemed very glitchy. I forgot something on my order and tried to add it after I had placed my order but it wouldn’t let me add anything or place another order. I went inside to pick up my food and still had to place an order for the item. The size for the “shareables” is getting smaller, barely a shareable size anymore, and I was very disappointed about the lack of sauce for them. They don’t have marinara for the cheese bites anymore and they had made little ramekin cups of ranch for the fried pickles and there was barely enough ranch to cover the bottom of the cup. Very stingy and for the price it shouldn’t be that way. Makes me not want to come back. Plus they didn’t have any drink holders so it’s a good thing I brought my daughter in with me or I’d be trying to carry 3 bags of food and 4 drinks to the car by myself.

If I could afford to I would eat at this Zaxbys every day. I’ve always received the best customer service which is incredibly rare these days. Even the one time I had to park and wait the guy was super sweet and apologized for the way. The food is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend the Asian Zensation salad while they still have it on the menu!

Always very busy. Plan to arrive well before you’re hungry. Online pickup feels very disorganized. Took 32 mins parked, after the 12 mins to get to the speaker to check in, after the “please wait 10 mins” time to arrive. No bacon on my order… Asked why the long wait, was told they’re not a fast food restaurant.

food is decent but the employees need to do better. every time i come they rip me off and don’t give me things that i paid for. today i came and i ordered three extra sauces and they charged me for every single one of them but didn’t even give me one. i also paid $1.19 for coleslaw and they didn’t give me that either. by the time i checked the bag i was too far away and didn’t feel like going back, whoever packed my order should be fired because how do you mess up that bad? i could maybe understand if they forgot coleslaw that came in my meal but it was a separate charge and so were all of the sauces so it could not have been easy to forget. in all honesty i think it’s just laziness because someone who works in the fast food industry it is not that hard not to mention i was the only person in line. terrible, if i could give zero stars i would.

Great food..but hands down the slowest restaurant in town.. takes forever to get your food.. better grab a snack before you order so you won’t starve to death while you’re waiting ..side note: if you are in a hurry,,the really good chicken place right next door will have you in and out in about 5 minutes
