I had just bought the chicken finger plate and had made it home to eat and they were stale and way too crunchy, like they have been out, all day or way over cooked (it wasn’t at all moist and juicy)… I normally enjoy this restaurant, although I never really get anything from here, but after this experience? I am not sure I want to come back. If ya’ll are not going to care enough about the food and make it nice and fresh, I will NOT be coming back!!!!! Even Chick-fil-A is better than this garbage. Chick-fil-A is constantly making their food fresh and customer’s happy! I have NEVER had this kind of experience at Chick-fil-A >:|. Other than that, the fries and sweet tea were awesome!

I was told “Hey do yall need anything?? can you move up to check your food we got a timer”. Just so yall know i was shut in the face by the person at the window before even asking if i got all my stuff. they didnt say nothinn. not even 5 seconds of checking my 5 item order and this guy comes to the window girl and makes us move up and proceeds to shut it in our face again. Are you for real? who says “check your food ahead we need our times good” guess what. It was wrong lol. in my opinion you dont make someone move up until they have EVERYTHING ??? let me have my peace checking my food idc if yall got times, yall forgot my stuff!

I have never really liked any of the Zaxbys products over the years but five weeks ago I went through the drive thru and had an excellent employee and obtained 3 correct orders for 3 people. The hot food was cold when i got home but thats understandable and not an issue.
