I made an online order today. And decided to call and request that 2 of my sides be changed and I guess that was a bit much for the team members on this shift. Because Their costumer service was extremely poor and unprofessional and super unwelcoming. I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate / GO big order. Just for the order to be arrived and have 3-4 items missing( Drink , 4 instead of 6 fingers no season on the fries and no sauce ). I do not recommend this store location at all.

Waited in drive thru line for almost 1 hour only to be told once I reached the window that they had no more chicken of any kind. Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted something different. What are the other options! You’re a chicken place. Why didn’t someone just walk out to the drive thru line and tell me and the other 20+ cars not to waste our time.

One word. Nasty. This Zaxby restaurant in Ellenwood, Georgia off Fairview Rd, is a total food nightmare. Typical of none caring, low wage earners. I went here in 2002, and after 15 years of never ever going into this Zaxby again, nothing has changed. The reasons why I stopped going to this Zaxby in the first place still existed in 2022.

Awful Service ! I had a mobile order and came in waited 15 mins for someone to acknowledge me waiting at the register. The young lady that was at the register when I came in walked off and stated it was time for her break. I waited and waited until the manager Aaron finally noticed me waiting and insisted that the girl get back on the register until the other employee came back from her break. My mobile order was already waiting in the DoorDash section and I didn’t know bc I didn’t order through DoorDash. I was irritated with the customer service and wanted to get out of the store as quickly as possible when I got home half the order was missing and I never got my drinks! SMH !

12-13-18 – Out with my family at this location. Restaurant and areas were clean, staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It wasn’t too crowded, but had a steady stream of people coming and going. They have electronic napkins and a credit card reader at the Ellenwood location. Ordered House Salad Fried (2), Nibblers Meal, and fries. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot. The fries didn’t have any seasoning, so used ketchup. Ordered, another Nibblers Meal for my other son who was not there, and was mistakenly given to another patron. Another one was made, and extra Zaxbys sauce was included. Very pleased with the service, and food was fine.

We know that Zaxby’s can be very busy and sometimes slow. This specific day me and my wife went to Zaxby’s and we ordered a large chicken finger platter. An extra fry and we get our food. We pull off driving to take my wife to work Open the food. The fries were brown like they recook them after somebody else either didn’t want they order or forgot they order or they got out of the drive-thru because they got tired of waiting. They recook the fries and the fries were hard as rocks. Instead of just saying, can you pull up? We have to drop some more fries. They gave us some old fries

I eat at Zaxby’s 8-10 times a month and this was the best meal I have received at any Zaxby’s in years. Food was great just how I ordered it (did not have to pick through the salad for wilted lettuce).Great customer service! Will be back to this location soon!

(Drive-thru) They left off parts of our order, gave us a sauce pack that had a hole in it and it spilled in the bag. Also didn’t give us any napkins or silverware and the fries weren’t seasoned at all.
