We ordered on the Zaxby’s app and it will tell you one time but the employee informed us that it didn’t matter if they were busy. It told us 12 minutes and we were told 30 minutes on arrival. Luckily the food was super fresh and hot. It was delicious and I can say that it more than made up for the lackluster service.

I love Zaxby’s and this location specifically was so helpful. I was in a rush and picked up my order and I guess I didn’t see that my salad was in a separate bag so I got all the way home b4 I realized I didn’t have it. I called up there and they said they would remake it whenever I came back up there. I had to wait for my husband to get home so my kids could eat before the food got cold and as soon as I went back in I asked for the lady I had spoken with and she had the salad made for me in less than 5 min. Amazing!

I ordered on the app and chose the drive through option and after sitting in the line was told I would have to come in to get my order because the new owners don’t allow pick up though the drive through! The option should not be in the app if its not available. The lady who helped me inside was very nice and professional. I will order at the restaurant next time so i don’t have to go in. Because of some recent bad experiences we only go if we have a coupon. The food is usually good though. The coleslaw was only a third full but was tasty.
