I visited this location tonight for dinner. Had my heart set on it too. I order a buffalo chicken finger plate. I received some fingers barely sauce. I then ask the manager to fix it and she hands me a cup of the sauce, and stats that i need to tell them to make it wet. When in all actuality the name itself means to make it wet. So i tried to eat it with the sauce in a cup which it wasn’t the same. So i asked her to fix it. Which she seen me throw my whole plate away. Which also i order 5 fingers. Then the manager sends out only 3 fingers swimming so much in the sauce that it was horrible. So i asked for a refund because I’m still not satisfied. Which she never even really cared enough to try and make it right. Hands down worst experience with Zaxby’s ever. Especially when I’m paying almost $15. A meal. Work on your customer service.

Food was not so good… dried up chicken strips and didn’t give the sauces I requested . Line was wrapped all the way around the building had to wait almost 25 mins for awful food. Not going back there.

The Boss
This Zaxbys specifically is the worst one iv ever been to and I love Zaxbys. I ordered 20 traditional wings with heavy sauce and large fry’s. When I got the wings out in my car they bearly had any sauce on them and dry to the bone. Pretty much inedible. I could have worked with just getting more sauce on the side but not the dry chicken(hard as a rock). I took them back in and the manager told me he’s not gonna remake them because they are DRY, (with a huge attitude). I told them I can’t eat them the way they are and he took them to the back and came and offered me a wing meal, not the 20 wings I just bought. I told him NO, there no way I’d accept 8 wings and some fry’s in place of my original order. After they helped everyone else in the building along with a People in the drive-through, they came back to me. The manager slammed the 20 wings down on the table that I guess he remade? They were even drier than the first ones, I think you did it on purpose. Then proceeded to tell me not to come back until I know what chicken wings are supposed to be like. I told him I go to Zaxby’s almost on a daily basis and get the same thing and avoid this restaurant because it’s never good. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Zaxby’s is delicious, but this one in particular will turn you off of Zaxby’s if it’s your first time trying it.

Nothing about this Zaxby’s was good! 1st I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever, and there were no other customers. When I finally was able to order they acted like I was a bother to them. It was freezing cold in there, and when I got our food, it was awful! I had to ask for dressing for my salad, as well as a fork, and they gave me the wrong dressing. By that time I was done! Very poor service, the food looked terrible, and tasted bad as well! I threw it in the garbage and left. I will not be going back to that particular Zaxby’s again. Poor service, poor attitudes, poor food!

As everyone has said, HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc Buffalo finger. (Supposed to come with a ranch, did not. I had to ask for it). They did NOT give me a fork or napkins. I suppose I was expected to eat a saucy mess with my hands and have no way to clean up. Handed me my bag out the window, no “thanks have a good day”, nothing. Very attitude’y staff.

You’re Probably mad
The girl that took my order through the drive-through had such an attitude that I felt like I could’ve thrown my uncooked chicken at her big glistening forehead. Don’t make it my problem that you don’t like your job. The food here looks like all of its workers sad and greasy. Not good. Also since when did Zaxbys stop putting seasoning on the fries? Or is it just this sad pathetic excuse of a restaurant?
