Feb 28 2023 at 5:02 pm went through drive through at Zaxby’s in Blue Ridge we ordered 20 chicken fingers Roldan wimpy sauce, first problem. The sign in the drive-through said it was $25 and change got to the window. They charged us $31. I live all the way out in McCaysville when I got home there’s no Wimpy sauce anywhere to be found on the way which I have pictures to show call the manager she said all she could do is if I brought it back to fix it well that’s a lot of gas Needless to say, I’m very disappointed

Probably had my last meal at this place last weekend. $28 for 10 wings, one chicken salad, and a bad attitude from the drive-thru staff. Owner/manager: I get that finding talent is difficult, but that is no excuse for poor customer service training. You are on notice that people will not put up with bad customer service for so called “convenience”.

Absolutely worst customer service. We ordered a salad and 2 chicken fingers. When I looked in the bag there was no dressing. When asked for dressing the very rude lady with long brown hair said we had to pay for it. We explained that we did not have any in the bag she then stated you have to pay for it. We paid 50 cents for dressing. I guess being in there ordering food was a problem for this lady. Will NEVER give my money to a Zaxby’s again if this is the type of employees are working

I ordered THREE of the 3 nibblers in the drive thru. Additionally I ordered a tenders meal and a sandwich. The drive thru worker huffed at me when I added one more thing. When we got to the window I apologized for such a large order and she rolled her eyes. When we check to see if we had all our food, we had only received ONE of the 3 nibblers. We went back in to get the two other nibblers and yet again only received one. The service here is horrible. Would not come again.

If waiting 10 minutes to place your order, not getting the sauces you order and being told ‘pay 50 cents’ for the sauce you ordered or provide a receipt(that you were never given) sounds like your kind of fun…then Zaxby’s is the place to go!!!
