The five stars I have given our relative because this is a fast food place and not fine dining, but that being said, there are two Zaxby’s within reasonable driving distance of me and this one far exceeds the quality, service and cleanliness of the one that is nominally closer. At this particular location, the food always seems fresher, the service is exponentially better and the cleanliness of the restaurant is superior. My personal recommendation whenever you’re eating at Zaxby’s is to ask for the chicken fingers and french fries to be lightly fried. They have an organization-wide tendency to overcook both items. If you ask for them to be lightly fried, you will find the food much better.

I think the staff here need a kudos. I went here all the time during my pregnancy and have continued to go there since. I have never had my order done wrong. Everything is always really hot. They have the juiciest chicken tenders and best tasting Zaxby’s food around. Good job you guys!

I ordered my food went to the window in the drive through paid and after i paid and got my Receipt i waited 10+ mins I told them no cucumber on my salad they put cucumber I asked for my sauce on the side like they usually do and have always gotten and they straight just didn’t give them to me the lady in the black jacket with pink writing (Atlanta extreme) had the audacity to ask me if I’m still waiting there yes I’m still WAITING THERE BECAUSE I wasn’t Givin my food I just paid for. I left as soon as I received my food expecting all of what I asked for was in my bags after I asked twice if they got it all. They answered yes and said back everything I asked for.i really don’t get how u can repeat the exact order take a long time and not get everything right.

This place has terrible service. The employees are cussing (over and over using terrible words) and calling each employee terrible things. Plus talking about previous customers. Too many unsupervised kids working at this place. Not working and had to repeat my order 5 times because the lady was too worried about having a private conversation.

This location has forced me to give them a one star. It’s unfortunate, but the past several times I have ordered ahead on the app or at the location, my order has been wrong. I guess it’s partly my fault for not checking the order before making it home. I am glad they are adding more fast dining options in Sugar Hill across the street. Zaxby’s Sugar Hill, step up your game if you want to keep charging high prices.

Best meal ever, so fresh ingredients and friendly employees and the highlight is we avoid soda by getting chocolate milk, plain milk or apple juice instead of sugary drinks I really appreciate thanks for doing something better. Omg the dip is so delicious I tried insane, nuclear, wimpy, tongue torch, original and ZAX sauce and nuclear it’s my fav definitely try with fingers. Kids menu are a perfect fit.

Paid 18$ for wings, chips and a drink. Was charged .25 for zaxbys sauce and then they left it out of the bag. This had happnened more than once at this location..
