My husband and I came through the drive thru tonight at 8:14 pm and ordered a 6pc. Finger dinner. When we got home there were only 3 chicken fingers in there. I immediately called asked for the manager. Dillon was his name he offered 10% off my next order. I told him I didn’t feel that was fair when I just paid $13 for that little amount of food. He called me a liar and said his employees didn’t make mistakes like that … nothing else was offered. I will not be back here.

I love Zaxby’s but when did they start not putting the slaw I’m a container. I was at work didn’t have much time so I ordered door dash. So I paid good money to get a Zaxby’s plate didn’t have re to say mp slaw extra ff. So when I get my food I open it and the slaw is all over everything. The slaw was watery I guess and there was white liquid all over everything. So

I wanted the club sandwich but it no longer exists. The chicken sandwich we got was sub parcat best and under cooked fries for $10. Dirty tables and a generic chicken sandwich was just not worth it.

Journey To The Sun
I really wish the staff had more focus and made sure orders were accurate before handing them out. I placed an order in drive thru and the young lady called the order back to me so I know she understood what I wanted. I paid for my order and checked to bag and realized I was missing a few items. Had to go back and get it corrected when it should have been right the first time. And the worse part was the wings had no sauce. And I didn’t receive the receipt the first time or the second time around; just terrible. And they only had two cars there.

I was very impressed with the service and food at this location! The food was amazing and I loved how courteous and considerate the people were. The location was very clean and well organized. I seen a large group come in shortly after us and was super quick in serving everyone. Come to find out it was an entire bus load/field trip. Very impressive.

They have the best house grilled salad, I minus the cheese & most of the time tomatoes. This is a great dish they just went away with my honey french dressing… but other than that, it is always freshly cooked and my order has NEVER been wrong!!!!

Zaxby’s used to be a welcome stop during a long road trip that was set apart from the greasy fast food options. But this stop was terrible. Grilled chicken sandwich = burnt and dry, with lettuce (I think I see a few strands of lettuce) and tomatoes. Fries were limp and soggy. The dining area and restrooms were dirty and dark. Most of our order ended up in the garbage before we left.
