My worst Zaxby’s experience ever! I waited over 15 for my boneless wings meal. After finally receiving them, they were OLD and even the sauce had dried up. I alerted management and she was very unsympathetic even after agreeing that they were old. She semi discouraged me from getting a fresh order by saying fresh ones would take minutes. It’s now 20 minutes later and I still don’t have my food……

This was the loaded fry! Before you spend your money know that you will not get what you ordered no ranch or Zaxs souce even if you ask for what comes with the meal you will be told it is in the plate. Out of three meals none were correct all food cold like there standards aren’t as they use to be very disappointing.

I first have to say I am more of a Chick-fil-A kind of guy. I decided to eat here for lunch today. I normally get a salad when I have eaten at Zaxby’s in the past, but decided to get the 3 piece nibbler lunch special. I was really disappointed! The chicken pieces were small and dried up. The buns were almost stale and way too big for the small pieces of chicken. Needless to say I will go back to a salad if and when I come here again. I will say the staff was very friendly and was working on keeping the inside clean so that was on a positive note. I just wish the food was better at this location.

The employees try, but this location needs corporation intervention. After four separate visits, the experience was the same each time. The employees are personable and friendly, but they always need to correct something in the order, whether it’s a wrong product or sauce, overcooked chicken, cold food, slow prep times, or ringing up orders incorrectly. Two of the times visiting this location, it was practically empty, and they still made mistakes. They need to consider changing management to train their employees properly.

Management here or corporate for that matter doesn’t know how to take up for female customers when they are being harassed at this location. Went to this location couple weeks ago was literally attacked by a large male…. Of course the little fat manager boy didn’t do anything about it. Just teaches me and others people can commit crimes and noone does NOTHING. Tried to call Lavonia, Ga police. Terrified to make a report bc it was a black male. NOTHING would ever happen like that at any other restaurant just Zaxby’s Lavonia, ga. ALWAYS been rude management at this location. Just needed a quick meal for my boyfriend, I went to Bella Bella Mozzarella in lavonia, ga. ALWAYS you can grab great service and food @ Bella Bella Mozzarella, not Zaxby’s

Twice I have come to this location, and disappointed both times. I will not be back. Waited 45 mins. on food, while waiting four customers ahead of me got a refund. Finally a young girl ask me how long I’d been waiting. When I told her she gave me a refund and said she would check on my order. Few minutes later food was placed in window. I ask 2 women behind counter if that was my order. She said yes and said I got money back and that was it. Money was given back because of time I was waiting. I was still hungry. I ask if i needed to run through drive through cause it was getting all the attention. Everyone needs to be fired… The manager has no idea how to run a restaurant.
