We have ordered here three times now, and every time we have been very disappointed with the service and food. We made an online order and the order was not right, and the fried pickles we ordered were burnt and non edible. I called the buisness to let them know that they were selling food like this to their customers (not even asking for a refund) and the manager was very rude. He did not care at all and did not even apologize to us for the food. I will never go here again, they have a very bad reputation and need some help.

HORRIBLE! It took about 14 minutes to be even greeted at the drive thru intercom. Got to the window, receipt said 7:50. Cashier told us it would be 6 minutes on the filets. Pulled forward to let others get their food. We didn’t receive our food until 8:08 and even the two cars behind us got their food first. My grilled chicken was still pink in the middle and the fries were cold as well. It’s a shame and disappointment for this location to be operating the way it is.

Worst Zaxby’s in existence. Doesn’t matter how you order, it’ll be a terrible experience. Order curbside? They won’t bring it out. You have to go in and repeat the whole order and they’ll pretend it was somehow picked up then “find” it behind the counter. Order drive thru pickup? You will be handed cold food and your order will be incomplete, and that’s AFTER you wait 20 minutes for them to talk to you at the intercom. And if you pay in the app, they’ll try to get you to pay cash to them again. Try to go in? Forget about it as they randomly lock their doors. It’s a shame that in the birthplace of Zaxby’s, this garbage restaurant exists. We’ve tried to eat here 5 times. We will not try again.

One of the consistently worse Zaxby’s around. Always forget very basic stuff. Never remember to give the sauces, ALWAYS forget to give a fork (can’t eat the slaw because if this), and there are never napkins n the bag. Tonight my drinks had zero ice—just liquid. This is basic fast food training 101. Not the employees fault—clearly the management doesn’t care.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this is not the first time that I’ve had problems with this location. I wasn’t feeling well so I did curbside so I could have grabbed it and go. And I hate doing bigger orders (I had 4 kid meals and cheese bites) thru the drive-thru and I feel like the app is just easier. I realized I had been sitting for a minute waiting and noticed I had checked in 15 minutes ago. I go inside and they weren’t very friendly and told me to “go check over there” while pointing at the pick-up shelf. Of course, that’s where I found it. I checked my food and luckily it was still warm because I was ready to go and didn’t feel like asking them to remake it. I did, however, inform her that when someone checks in at a curbside spot, it does NOT belong over there and walked out. Then I had to go back in because I was missing stuff!

This used to be a great zaxbys and we loved going there and was our go to since its on our side of town. With that being said I am extremely disappointed that I’m having to write this review. However this time was extra horrible and its probably the 4th time in a row and will the last time time that we have had terrible food that you Pay good money for. We got the family meal, the fries were soggy and the tenders were not cooked all the way. You could tell that they had also been sitting and not freshly made. My wife is currently re-cooking them in the air-fryer. DONT GO THERE, go next door or a quarter mile down the road and get way better service and freshly made chicken. This is ridiculous, I hope corporate sees this and does something about this TERRIBLE (once good) location. It has gone so far down hill.

This location is absolute garbage. No matter the method of ordering they will have you waiting at least 30 mins for food (even a salad) & then try to serve you cold food at that. The attitude of the employees seems extremely nonchalant. I will never return to this location and i HIGHLY suggest that no one else does either. Especially if you value your dollar and want a real Zaxbys experience, just leave this entire location where it is.

Took over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Noone really knew what was happening. Clearly there was no leadership there at lunch. The kitchen was piling food up in the window… but the one girl at the counter could not handle the customers and food delivery.. Noone was willing to help her.. bad situation all around.

Consistently poor customer service. We went thru drive thru at 950PM on June 24 2023, waited in line for nearly 30 mins. When we finally reached the speaker to order we waited 5 more minutes. Had to say “hello” twice before we were acknowledged. Then when we were finally greeted, we were told there was a hold on all orders. We asked them to put a sign out so people would know. The cashier was snarky and said there was only a 5 min hold and we asked if we could just put the order in and wait. Silence. I wish I could say this was the first time this had ever happened at this location.

0 stars. We went on Sunday after church and nobody had their food. I waited over 10 minutes and still no food for anyone in the establishment. I asked for a refund, which looked like a second charge. I asked the manger about it and she said it was indeed a refund. I had to dispute both charges with my credit card company. The service was awful – I can’t comment on the food because nobody got any! Stay away until new management takes over. It seemed like a fault in training the employees.
