The food is usually right, for “food fast” but every single time i am here i leave irritated for one reason or the next. One time you order typical meals for a family of 5 and you ask for extra sauces its given without “this is extra” or “ill have to charge you” i am paying 50 dollars for food i don’t need to be told im being charged 25 cent for a sauce packet. Then the next time i go and order the same thing and im given extra sauces no comment. I order a medium water, i get to the window im handed a small. I correct her and say i ordered a medium “oh i have to charge you” yes im aware that is why i ordered it that way. Just shut up and give people what they ask for.

I’m a vegetarian, but I like the chicken ranch cheese fries without the chicken of course. Fries were so cold the cheese was not melted. They insisted that the cheese was not supposed to be melted or wouldn’t melt without the chicken instead of giving me fresh, hot fries. I knew they were not being honest because the cheese melted perfectly fine at a different location. Definitely would not visit this store again!

I placed an online order tell me to pick up my order at 6:18 I did that didn’t get my order to 635 and then was told that half of the food I ordered they no longer had but yet I said listening to them talk about how they gave my order to somebody else so they had the food when I ordered it but they just gave the food away then I said listening to a heavyset white girl with green hair talking about how she’s sick of these online orders if y’all don’t want to do online orders then tell your stores not to accept online orders don’t sit and talk about customers while they’re standing there because not all of us are that f

I don’t understand today’s workers. You try to give them business but they close the door and lock it before hours of operation. I show up 10 minutes before they close and the girl said they were closed. The door says 10 pm and their website says 9pm. But yet the guy who pulled up behind me and went to drive thru was able to put in his order. I drive a service work truck that does not fit in 99% of drive thru’s. I’m going to call it like it is which is pure laziness. This younger generation does not want to work but yet when pay day is here they are the first to hold out their hands. Funny I heard on the radio how companies are starting to hire 55 year old and older for their work ethic which melenials know nothing about. Hopefully fast food place get the memo.
