This is not the Zaxby’s experience you’d expect. Same management for the past few years and still the same issues time and time again. They consistently serve food that should have been timed out. If that’s not the issue then they’re not following SOP per Zaxby’s corporate recipe. That means taking shortcuts and letting frozen fries defrost in the frier basket or par frying from frozen so they’ll cook faster in a, “rush.” End result is a fry with a shorter serve period and instead of tossing them they serve them. Ever get brown fries from a restaurant? It’s not old oil lol. It means re-frying timed out chicken strips for a quit heat up. Taste a little greasier while hot but still good. As it cools it changes the flavor dramatically. $40 for old food… 1/3 of the time there’s something seriously wrong with our family order (9/10 it’s old food,) enough to complain, which they usually fix with no issue. Tonight, old chicken and fries. No Nuclear sauce. We ate eight pieces of a 20 piece family meal between six people. None of the fries were edible. Bread was fine.

Coming from a ex employee, no management is bad. People in the back doesn’t wash their hands. Under age people in the back. General manager is very rude to the employees. They make us hold in drive thru for over 30 minutes just to get chicken cooked when they should’ve already had it cooking in the first place fountain drinks does not get clean. Please do not go to this location coming from a ex employee that worked there for a year and five months.

Afrer 11min of waiting the manager finally decided to bring his lazy self back out front after walking away with the till drawer to the back office with no explanation. Note, i was in front of him waiting to have my order taken before ge left. Once my order was taken i watched to online door dash orders wait approximately as long if not more than me for their food. The family that ordered before me had to gave there order fixed 2 times and was still wrong. Then decided they wanted the refund instead of the food. All this and my order still had not come out so i decided to getca refund as well. Which took another 25min. Plus 10min to get a copy of the receipt. Poor management for sure and the kitchen crew was a joke to say the least. Will deffinetly recommend something else to anyone…..

Does anyone else remember when they used to actually toss your wings and tenders? I always ask for my tenders to be tossed in buffalo sauce and they always come out looking like they just squirted a little sauce on top. At least they keep the drive thru moving here.

Haven’t eaten in the dining room in a while. Restaurant was a disaster. Dirty tables dirty condiment area, filthy bathrooms. Chicken sandwich was over cooked. Think this place needs some new management. Used to love eating here.

I’ve been coming here for years, and as of recently, the service has been dismal. I order online and give it plenty of time for the order to be set out before I arrive. I always have to 10-15 minutes. Today, however, was the last straw. I got home, and the ticket was correct, but the order inside the bag was wrong.
