I was hoping to get a response after contacting Zaxby’s on Thursday about my raw chicken sandwich. After waiting 48 hours with no response, I feel like this review is necessary. I ordered lunch for my aunt and myself on Thursday and picked it up at 11 a.m. on my to her house in another small town with fewer options. When I arrived to my destination 30 minutes later and unpacked my order, I noticed a huge piece of fat on my grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed, I broke that part off and decided to eat the sandwich anyway. Then I bit into the raw chicken. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It was also my last few dollars so I couldn’t afford to get another meal on the road. I wouldn’t recommend any Zaxby’s at this point. If you don’t get sick, you are lucky.

Went through the drive thru. The crew inside were very loud and yelling at one another, back and forth, back and forth the whole time I waited for two snack packs. I wanted for 15 minutes at the window!!! I couldn’t tell if they were joking with each other or fighting. It was creepy!! I had to ask for napkins and confirm all that I got. Bad service!!

This was my return visit because my son and I had visited one night after a wrestling match. One car in front of us waited 20 minutes. Received our food. No blue cheese, my sons food was drowning in sauce. My was still ice cold, like they took it out of the freezer. The cup of sauce was warmer. We got to eat cold fries. My son was hungry from not eating all all day for his wrestling match. I didn’t call back nor turn around then because it was dark, raining, and late. I called the next day and spoke with the Mgr, and she said she had a lot of complaints from the night before. The Mgr Monique told me to come in and she would replace our food or give me my money back. I expressed I didn’t live close by. No problem whenever, she said. Well, it was a problem when I went in yesterday. I said it wasn’t a problem the night we were given inedible food and wasted money. I just wanted one meal. Reluctantly, she did give me one. Thank you for that, and it was cooked. Oh, the floor was so greasy that people were slipping all over. Dangerous.

One of the nastiest places I’ve ever been in, and that’s saying a lot for a fast food restaurant. With the exception of the girl who took our order, the staff was horrible. Intentionally ignored us when we just trying to get some condiments. The floor was so disgusting that it was difficult to open the bathroom door. We were going to eat in but it was so nasty that we got our food and ate in the car. Seriously.

Worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Ordered a salad that barely had anything in container. Ordered for dine in and food was put into a bag, no sauce, employee eating while serving food and employees were not professional at all. Terrible service and food. They don’t even deserve a star. Disgusting store as well.
