It’s clear this place is going down hill fast. It was just the best fast food spot in the area being compared to Chick-fil-A as far as the food and service. But I haven’t heard that sentiment in a long time. People just come because they are better than the other Zaxby’s in the area and it’s apart of their routines but that’s not saying much because the others often run out of food so they don’t have a choice of they want Zaxby’s. Apparently they were number one last year. I guess it went to their chicken head. When it’s good, it’s good but when it’s not it’s terrible.

After reading the reviews of this place I should have not gone. I have lived in the area for quite some time and I never go to zaxbys because it always made my stomach hurt. Today I decided to give it a chance and get a salad instead of my normal order. When I opened my salad, the chicken was half the size it used to be and a lot less ingredients. The ranch was sweet, which is extremely weird. I don’t know if it was old or maybe they changed it… two salads, a nibblers meal (without the drink), and a small side of fries should NOT be almost $40. Especially due to the quality and quantity of the food I received today. Zaxbys please do better.

I get the spicy signature club here on a daily basis and it’s always either missing the sauce, the bacon, or what have you. I never complain about this stuff because I’ve worked in the industry and food workers are treated unfairly all the time, but idk man SOME of the people here could probably benefit from just a little bit more training. I might start going to a different location because it’s just frustrating.

I usually love this Zaxby’s but I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will be going back. Yesterday 4/25/22 I went early afternoon and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with extra fries (that I paid for) and cheddar bites. I got home in less than 5 minutes and open my food. There were no extra fries and they were very cold and soggy. Then I open my cheddar bites and they didn’t even cover the bottom of the little tray (for over $5) they usually are mostly to the top. Tonight I get a Zalad which is half the size it normally is. The district manager there expects you not to eat and to bring the food back to get credit. I didn’t see my salad until after they closed and I am starving so guess I’m screwed

I was so disgusted with the treatment that I have received today. I ordered a boneless wings meal and as soon as I got home as I was eating my food I was chewing and pulled hair out of my mouth. I instantly threw up and then called to speak to a manager for a refund. There was no apology or anything, simply told to bring the receipt with the food. As I entered the drive thru again, I returned the food as well as my receipt and card for refund which again there was no apology. As I was leaving I noticed that it was only a partial refund, came around again and she still charged me for my drink. Anastasia was the server with AirPods in her ears which is why I guess nobody checked the food with hair in it during a global pandemic in the first place. Will not be going back ever.
