Food isn’t always bad. The main issue with this place is, any extras like sauce or anything that doesn’t come with the meal may be missing. Even if you pay for it. They take your money, give you the drinks if any are needed and pull you up. They bring the food out and you get all the way home and boom, your extra items are missing. Calling to complain does no good either. They won’t make it right.

Amazing food & service especially for a drive-in thru restaurant. I tried their chicken fries and the signature zaxbys chicken sandwich and they were both phenomenal, the fries were a little soggy but dipped in zaxbys sauce they were very yummy!!

It was so cold inside the restaurant we needed our jackets just to sit down and eat. We did notice that many tables were dirty, and it wasn’t busy, but yet no one was cleaning the tables.

This Zazby’s is a little slow at getting your food to you. My Zalad that I ordered buffaloed had no buffalo sauce on the chicken. My husband took the salad back and they just poured buffalo sauce all over it, although it’s not the way it usually is I ate it and it was good. I also didn’t get any bread.

Zaxby’s in Cordele – did an online order. Went over to pick it up – had to wait 25 minutes for it to be ready. They had to make coleslaw & egg rolls for the Asian salads, out of the salad dressing for it. Food was kind of mushy. Don’t think we’ll give them a second chance.
