This was the worst Zaxby’s experience I have EVER had. The chicken sandwich was singed and had a burnt after taste. My daughter’s order had a completely different sauce than was ordered. The tea tasted like dirty water. The only thing good was the fries and the funnel cake. I will make sure to avoid this spot while traveling. I’ve been going to Zaxby’s about 15 years and I will pass on this location.

The fries were undercooked and no seasoning not to mention it seems it was the bottom of the bag only small pieces. ( it seems to happen to us a lot) The bread was not cooked at all. Dr Pepper was nasty and flat. The sweet tea seemed to be a mix of sweet and unsweetened. Drinks need more ice. I gave my meal to my dogs. very disappointed as this place was really good when they opened. I went at about 4:30. No one in line but still had to wait a good min for not so tasty food.

Went inside today. It was pretty clean. There was plenty of space. The staff was nice. And the food was good. We normally do the drive thru, but today we decided to go inside. The wait was minimal to order and receive food.

I went to drive through on Friday night and ordered 2 house salads and told the girl fried chicken and she acted like I should have gotten grilled but anyway I completed the order and she went over the order and said 2 grilled house salads and told me total price. I said , no not grilled but fried and she said it’s still whatever total she had said. I told her I was just trying to make sure they were fried and she didn’t answer me so I drove away without food. Very rude! I will not be going to that location again.! Someone needs to teach the employees manners and how to talk to a customer.

I went inside for service and the registered person (an ok older lady) was very friendly, helpful and kind. She made sure my food was as I ordered and hot. The only thing I was disappointed with was they did not put enough cheese on the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and I barely got any bacon at all, just a few crumbs, not many of them.
