Waited about 5 minutes before, I was acknowledged, but overall the food was fresh, just acknowledge your customers, no matter how busy you are in drive thru. I spent too much money to have poor customer service.

Ordered online got confirmation message it was ready…waited 15 min for order, one guy finally left after standing there 10min while nobody was at the counter to take orders and when someone finally did show, they were moving like in slow motion. Cooks were working very hard though

The white cheddar bites come without Marinara sauce, and the service is subpar at best. Management needs to see to some improvements and think about what they remove. The food is O.K., but I find a lot of the menu to be overpriced. 5 dollars for fried cheddar without sauce? Disappointing.

Was not impressed at all there were at least 6 people waiting for there food and nearly all of them had to come back because orders were missing food including ours and the poor gentle man in the kitchen trying to get orders done and the lady working drive-thru Ms.Fee was fussing at these young men doing the best they can Ive herd she treats staff nasty and saw it my self today and she has regaurd to the fact custamers can hear he being nasty , We will never be back
