This particular location needs better attention by corporate. Their service, quality of food, hospitality, and customer friendly has fallen to about nothing honest and a bunch of excuses. When you ask what the problem, they blame corporate I will not go into detail, but fresh food is out of the question here, not to mention fresh grease. These pics are from this week alone. One piece was fresh It’s just Wednesday We use to go here everyday. Just . Huey Magoo’s has our attention now.

Today, we picked up three Grilled Chicken House Salads, to-go. They were terrible ! The tomatoes were old, there was hardly and lettuce and the ranch dressing packets, were greasy. We were surprised because we purposely go to this location because the Salads are good. Never again. For the cost of food nowadays, I’ll just make my own salad instead of wasting my money on substandard food.

I went to Zaxby‘s this morning. I was there at 11:15 so everything would be fresh and hot and ordered some wings, they told me they were out of wings. First disappointment. So I ordered chicken fingers dipped in tongue torch and I received a small thing of tongue torch sauce which did not even taste like your normal tongue torch sauce and no ranch. They tasted like rubber. I ordered five fingers I got three regulars and two that were no bigger than a hot wing. They tasted like they had been leftovers from yesterday that was briefly reheated and the french fries tasted exactly the same way. They were over cooked almost to transparency where there was no potato on the inside. I ended up throwing away almost the entire meal.

Bad experience with the bacon ranch fries. I should have asked for refund. My fries looked awful and were not fresh. Looked like my box had been dropped or shook up. Looks nothing like they advertise.

I just left zaxbys on highway 96, Me and my mother order 2 big Zax snacks I payed for my own , my mother did hers on a second ticket. we got to the window the lady mama Cat got my money for my food , then my mom didn’t see her order so my mom said CLEARLY not disrespectful she said “ I had a second order “ cat going to say “OH I didn’t even know that don’t need the attitude “ rude to us , when my mother didn’t have no attitude at all towards CAT. my mother asked what was her name , she says with an attitude “oh it’s cat my manager is going to say the same thing you had an attitude.” so I stepped in and said “she don’t have an attitude at all with you , but thank you cat have a nice day.” THIS IS BAD service that’s not how you talk to nobody and assume that someone has an attitude, saying “ I had a second order “ that’s not no attitude. but it’s fine we are going to call who’s over zaxbys at 96, we are not talking to managers at all. I won’t cat wrote up because she was disrespectful to us when we was just simply getting food.

Food wasn’t very good. Chicken fingers were small and tasted fake. The toast was just a burnt piece of bread, nothing to it. And the fried pickles were made fresh but just didn’t have any flavor to them. The person working the window was extremely friendly, as well as the lady who brought my food out to me after they had me pull up. And service was quick.

OK so didn’t receive any dressing for my salad. But MOST IMPORTANTLY what is going on with this TOAST!!! Couldn’t call the store because by the time I got home they were closed. This just reminds me of why I should check my order before I leave our restaurant. And I didn’t get any silverware.

I really like Zaxbys. This location can be hit or miss. Friendly staff, hot food, rising prices, shrinking portions of cole slaw, and extra sauces (paid extra for a literal teaspon of nuclear sauce). The soda machine tastes like they are cutting back on the syrup since the drinks taste very watered down.

Went to the drive thru and placed my order which was $26 and forgot to order my coleslaw. Attempted to add at window and they refused. I kindly drove off. It was clear my business wasn’t needed. There was only one customer in line and it takes two seconds to grab a coleslaw and throw it in the bag!!
