Randomly Bold And Beautiful
I stop by Zaxby’s around 3:30pm today and got the zesty asian-inspired salad omg that salad was delicious and that egg roll needs to be sold by itself all the time this to be on the menu forever teriyaki sauce that was on the chicken and it rolled is delicious good job Zaxby’s. I will return I have never had a problem with the Zaxby’s in Warner Robins you guys are doing a excellent job keep up the good work.

I just moved here from Louisiana. We are military and lived all over. I can say this has been the worst experience at a Zaxby’s from TX to NC! This one is stingy with the Zax sauce. The very first visit ever I asked when handed my bag through the window where the sauce was? I was told it was in the bag and I only got one and would have to pay for more. Ok curly headed boy at the drive through window, not my question but ok. Then I found the bag of sauce under the two big Togo boxes. #1 it shouldn’t be on the bottom and #2 dang, ok attitude. Good thing I’m not your Mama. So I go next time knowing that I will only get 1 sauce per 4 piece, I ask for extra and tell them that every other Zaxby’s gives me 2 sauces for the 4 piece and up. Of course same kid snot’s attitude right back. So I buy 2 extra sauces. Guess who gets home with no sauce. This lady!!! The food was cold and soggy and I feel like it was intentionally left out. Skip this location unless you want teenage attitude with no respect on the side. Beside probably the worst Zaxby’s food. I’ve never gotten cold soggy food from this chain. Always hot and fresh, but not here. Won’t be going back to this location. EVER.

Food was great as always, but I have to say, the sauce is almost half of the meal. And for the high prices we pay for meals these days, it was a little disappointing to get home only to find there wasn’t any sauce. Especially if they’re going to charge you 25 cents for extra sauce on top of said high prices. It all worked out in the end, though. The bottle of chic-fil-a sauce we had in the fridge saved the day. Honestly, things happen, so I get it, and I’m not mad, and we’ll keep enjoying zaxby’s 🙂

I would certainly have enjoyed my lunch more if the dipping sauces had been included with my take out meal. Might I suggest, even though it may be sealed up like Fort Knox, check your order before leaving the store.

Night shift crew was so disrespectful. Will not be going back to this location ever again. After ordering food, we were asked to pull over in the handicap parking to wait on food. It took 30 to 45 mins no was showing up with the food. Cars steady ordering and leaving the drive thru. So I tried to go inside to see whats up – the doors were locked. Had to go back through the drive thru and no one had a clue about my order. The young girl at the window was very nasty with her tone to the point she cursed. At this moment I was about to blow a fuse. I asked for the Mgr. and they seem as if a Mgr wasn’t there. A young man in the back decided he would get involved by jumping up and down and waving his hands like he’s at a street fight. I politely ask if someone here don’t refund my money. Someone finally said- Im sorry we will make you fresh food and refund your money. Never again will we go back to Russell Pkwy Zaxby’s. We received the food but aren’t sure if we should eat it and the refund. My mother said please pray over it as with any place you go to eat. Like i said, never again.

Placed order and had to wait 20 minutes for chicken to cook. It was an hour and a half before closing, how do you not have chicken ready to go? It is literally the only meat you serve.
