The drive through is super fast and everything is well seasoned and feels fresh. The chicken is super crispy and tender and the fries are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The sauce is super similar to canes sauce (and in my opinion slightly worse than canes sauce) but still super delicious. Very good

Why did you get rid of some of your salads. My favorite was the blue salad. You’ve taken that one off the menu so I asked for the house salad. I was about half way done when I started to get sick. I’m sorry but there’s a good chance t won’t be ordering from there again.

Service was horrible. Restated my order and they still got it wrong. Just asked for no salt on my fries. Employees didn’t wash their hands after returning from breaks. They didn’t appear to be short of help, just none of the staff appeared to not want to be there.

Disgusting. The back appeared to be cleaner than the front. I ordered no drinks. Would not return. The water on the floor is from the A/C vent over one of the tables. There’s 2 air purifiers or humidifiers. I only took a picture of one. There’s-a lot of young people working there. They were mixing up the drive through orders. One young guy switched out the tea while looking at the mess on the counter but didn’t clean it up. Trash over flowing. When I started in customer service as a teenager we couldn’t go into the lobby without a rag because there’s always something to clean.

Never order through the Zaxbys website because whoever they use whether it’s DoorDash or Uber eats will forget your drinks/sides or give you wrong items and there is no way to ask for a refund. The food that is delivered looks awful like someone had thrown it around and a lot of times it isn’t cooked all the way or is cold. Wish I could recommend but it is a problem every time we order from this place

Don’t come through this location. Racist! Yes it works both ways! Pulled up waited forever then the young girl pretended not to hear, so politely pulled around to the window so we could be heard, she played stupid. Cars before and after us was able to be heard and place thier order. Drove off, wasn’t playing that game! Coming from NE GA where Zaxby’s is everywhere!! Never have I experienced the level of rude! This area is notorious for this behavior. The more that refuse to give their money to this behavior, the faster it’ll get fixed.

Ordered a Cobb Salad it was missing everything but chicken, a few slivers of cucumber, a couple pieces of tomato and french fries onions. The finger plate was good, but I was really disappointed in the salad.

Chicken fingers are the best and their zax sauce and insane sauce is so good, but if you want a great chicken sandwich and the best customer service go to Chick-fil-A. Also the inside is not open so the drive-thru is always backed up.
