We left after waiting 10 minutes at the counter. 5 employees at the counter were gathered around one register and apparently not serving customers. The other register person was for some reason just standing there not taking orders. Several people left before we did. No-one addressed the few people waiting to be served. All front employees were involved – except the drive thru. That appeared to be running, albeit slowly. It felt no one cared we were there and after 10 minutes of being purposefully ignored we felt disrespected. There are many other food choices. We won’t be back.

This is my first time in Zaxby’s, and I was happy. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which was literally melting in my mouth. And we got chicken tenders meal. It was good, too. Service was really great here.

It’s like 108 degrees inside I feel bad for the workers. The sweat just dripping as you’re trying to order and eat. Smells like mold and death inside. Food terrible, soda machine looks like you might catch something,tried the new cheese bites they were hard . Just burn the whole thing down.

They have a high turnover in employees here, so don’t expect stellar service. Also the price of the meals are like they used to be. They have up charges for dipping the fingers in sauce, that’s $1.00. It is crazy how many extra fee’s they hit you with.

Ordered the zak snack through the drive thru. The line was busy, so I was hoping that the food was hot and fresh. I don’t know if the staff or management changed but I was really disappointed with the old luke warm fries and chicken. The food wasn’t fresh at all. My manager ordered from here about 3 weeks ago and was dissatisfied as well. I will say that I have been at this location on many occasions and this is the 1st time I was unable to finish my meal. Get it together please!
