I have no complaints on the restaurant and I’ve never had an issue with the staff until today. It’s lunch hour and it’s Sunday I completely understand the busy wait time but that’s no excuse for an employee to be rude. I asked for her name she lied and said Lucy. I asked for management and a nice lady name Sabrina came and I explained to her what happened and she said her name is not Lucy it’s Emily. She than asked the employee why she lied and the employee said she never said that. I said yes you did you straight up lied to me and now just lied to your manager. She put her hand up and said have a nice day sarcastically. If you can’t handle the public don’t work in customer service Emily!

The worst management ive ever seen. A line out the door workers/kids doing all the can do with no guidance at all waited 51 mins for my order. While manager stayed out of sight. Came out once to return money. Then back in the hole. Terrible skip this head ache.

Went through the drive thru at 930 and they had obviously shut down the whole store early because they had 8 car waiting on food. The wait was forever , the girl handing out the food had an additude and she was taking the wrong food to the wrong cats. Gave my food to someone in there car and then brought it to me . Wish I hadn’t of gone there that night going to start getting my salads at Dairy Queen

Don’t bother unless you got 20 minutes and enough gas to “pull ahead” in the drive through, they’ve allocated a quarter of their parking lot just for waiting drive through customers if that says anything. What used to be a fast, cheap and good meal is now a hassle to find out you’re missing items.

I am an absolute Zaxby’s lover however! This Zaxby’s disappoints me time after time! I dont know if it’s because they’re always so busy that it causes a decline in quality service and food or what. Tonight I order the Ceasar Salad with Grilled Chicken right. Tell me why do I have cut up pieces of light bread in my salad serving as a crouton substitute!?! Soggy cut up chunks of light bread! I would have been fine without having the croutons. I wish I would have been given the courtesy of someone saying “Ma’am we’re out of croutons, is that okay.” Instead of soggy light bread.
