The food here used to be great.. now you are lucky if you get warm food. Fries are soggy and cold, your lucky if you get butter on your bread , and have missing sides. It’s as if the employees don’t care and just throw anything in the container.. I’m done spending my hard earned money in this place!!!

Used to be the best in town but now your lucky to get what you ordered or for it to be hot. You can have one but not both. The staff that makes the food clearly doesn’t care about your food. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it had so much ranch in it you could mop it up. This place has seriously went downhill due to poor work ethics and management.

One star is really not low enough. Owner your employees were rude, cussing, and running around behind the counter playing. One employee told customers on the other side of the restaurant as they were leaving to put tables and chairs back like they found them that she didn’t go to their house and move furniture. And wouldn’t allow them to leave until everything was done correct as she stood behind counter and telled across restaurant to them instructing their every move. The food was not good, all of the drinks that wasn’t out of order tasted terrible, and your bathrooms looked like they belonged in a third world country and smelled like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. Your restaurant used to be one of my favorites but as far as I am concerned this was my last trip here. Maybe you can get this establishment back in good working order if it keeps on the track its on now it will not last long. Good luck.

Went into store at 2PM, on Saturday June 10, 2023, employee told us they weren’t accepting new customers at this time because they are understaffed and it is taking 30 minutes to get food ( there was 3 people in line to order) another man walked in and she told him the exact same thing. The last several times we have gone to Zaxbys the employees have been joking around and talking loudly to customers ( you can tell they are very familiar with each other) opposed to worrying about taking our order.

Ordered a number 3 and a order of cheese bites along with an extra Zach sauce. With that order I should have had four sauces total. They somehow managed to give me zero total and I didn’t catch it until I was too far to go back.

We came in and were told they were out of tongue torch and wimpy sauce. The fries had no seasoning on them. The dining room was dirty, and there were workers just standing around. They were out of napkins and the woman tearing them apart didn’t even have gloves on.

Me and my family have only ever ate there ones before. We order our food, got to the window an paid, then ask the girl if they had any other sauces; she rudely replied “yeah” but “your chicken comes with Zab sauce”, we then ask if we could also have some honey mustard & bbq sauce then she shout the window. If it cost more we wouldn’t of mind to paid for it! We then had to pull forward to wait for our food. When we got home to feed our kids opened the bag & there was no other sauces. Then when we opened our meal boxes we less then a kid size hand full of fries, chicken sandwich had no sauce on it. Very disappointed! Only thing good was the peach

If I could give 0 stars I wld. I ordered loaded fries and when I got to the window I was told it wasn’t ready. I asked since it wasn’t ready can I add something to my order.I was told no corporate doesn’t allow add ons unless i drive around the bldg and get back in line, but you want me to run my gas waiting on you @ Zaxby’s??? Horrible service!!
