Ordered a kiddie cheese, took one bit and there was so much butter and grease I almost got sick. I took the 3 napkins and started squeezing out the grease and it soaked the napkins and my hands, I had to just throw it away. Food there is getting worst. I eat there for lunch and Wish it would go back to when the food was good. Really do something about that grease on that grilled cheese. No kid should eat that. Also got my drink wrong too.

Every time I have made online order at the Adel, GA Zaxby’s, they have gotten my order wrong in some aspect or another. How hard is it to look at a damn order screen and put what the customer ordered in the bag? It doesn’t take a college degree. I’m tired of the service at this location, and will no longer do business there. I DO NOT recommend this location anyone! Stay away!!!!!

I was on a trip home to Florida and stopped just before dinner time. The drive thru was busy but was making good time. The food was hot and I got exactly what I ordered. Great Customer Service from the staff.

I ordered the nibbler meal and asked for zax sauce. When I noticed that they only gave me one at the drive-thru window, they said I couldn’t add sauce to the order. So we had to go inside to get more sauce. And my fries weren’t that hot. The nibblers were just okay. The chicken tasted a bit dry. I did use the restroom, and it was clean.

I ordered in the lobby for over 20 minutes to get the wrong order, cold food, and wilted salad. Also, the manager came out yelling about how she locked the doors so that no more customers could walk in.

Edited Review: I visited this same Zaxby’s last week and it was much improved. The cashier was pleasant and made sure everything was right. I like to see improvements and you can tell Management wants to do better. The food was good.

Family is in disagreement as to which chicken is better Zaxby’s or Chick-fil-a. I’m a fan of Zaxby’s chicken and their sauce, However wife and kids prefer the later.

If I could close zero stars I would. Waited 30 min for my food and when I started seeing other people get their food before ours I questioned. The manager goes in the back and proceeds to make my order. Asked for my money back instead and the manager was confused why I asked. Horrible service!!!
