It seems to never fail that this restaurant forgets to give you your sauce! Not to mention when you order the Chicken Bacon RANCH Fries, there’s barely any ranch or cheese. It’s just super frustrating with the long wait time that tends to be normal (which having hot food is nice, so normally that isn’t a complaint) and the cost that of course has just continued to rise!!! After that long & paying more can we simply get our sauces?!?!

I definitely visit this Zaxbys often as it’s like two miles from my house but it is by far the best. They go above and beyond and if. Something isn’t right they do everything they can. Amazing staff, amazing management. I went in today but normally use the drive thru which is so fast. 5/5 best in Columbus area

Zaxby’s great 8 boneless wings meal is either great or average. What makes the difference is if they have time to bake on the sauce before they sell the chicken. If they’re in a hurry, the chicken might have just come out of the oven and they’ll just pour some sauce on it. Yuck. What a waste of money. But for those that they soak the chicken in the sauce and then baked them with the sauce on them, those are amazing.

This place use to be good. Now they can’t seem to cook anything thoroughly… Not even the fries. I get that you don’t have to be a pro chef to work here…and chicken can be tricky..But how you under cook fries…. I know kids who can make fries.

The rug at the drink machines were soiled or something, it stunk so bad… I almost puked the smell was horrible. It smelled like dirty mop water and a trash can put together it was awful. Other than that the staff were very nice and the food was good. The smell was terrible though I couldn’t even finish my food because it was stuck in my nose

Well, this visit wasn’t the best. The food wasn’t as fresh. For the price, it should be. The bread was hard. There was no ketchup. There were no Minute Maid products available. Overall, this experience doesn’t make me want to visit again anytime soon. The only good thing was that the drive-thru worker had a pleasant attitude.

My family and I have been here (kitten lake location) multiple occasions and never had a great experience however the treatment we received last night (08/06/23) was terrible. We arrived about an hour before closing and 2 hours before the drive through closes only to be met by a dining room with all chairs picked up and sitting on the tables a staff visibly disgruntled that we walked in and all talking amongst themselves about us coming in “so close to closing”. One girl stood there with her jaw on the floor appalled we would choose to come in. We were ignored for a few more minutes until we decided we wouldn’t be giving Zaxby’s any money. It was obvious the staff there doesn’t want any customers. We left and won’t be back.
