Food was from night before. The chicken tenders and fries were cold. Tasted as if it was cooked in old grease. I will NEVER eat there again. This has happened to me for the 3rd time at different locations. I’m done !!

This is literally one of the worst, if not the worst zaxby’s in town. The first time i go to get loaded fries i don’t even get that I get a completely different meal than what i paid for and ordered . I dare go back a week later and order some with extra sauce and get the driest fries in history …at this point. Maybe i’m crazy but this don’t look like extra sauce if anything it’s less sauce than the normal

On Saturday April 8th I went through the drive-thru to order my food and I wanted my drink cup handed to me at the window so I could make it inside. The employee asked me very rudely why I didn’t come in and order my food . First of all if I want to make my drink inside it shouldn’t matter it’s my option it shouldn’t bother anyone especially not enough for the EMPLOYEE to get an attitude. I wanted to make my drink inside because of the freestyle machine and I’d rather make it myself because I usually don’t know what I want, I wasn’t initially going to get a drink at first until I looked at the menu more anyway. I do this exact same thing whenever I go to the location on Auburn Ave. I get no sass or attitude at no point it’s ridiculous that the buena Vista rd location always has some type of issue. Good Customer service should not be an option. When I asked the lady is there a problem she continued to tell me what would make more sense to do with aggression in her voice.

I dine in very frequently, just because this facility is so clean, and they have the friendliest staff. I’ve eaten at other Zaxby’s, and the employees just walk around with a glazed look on their faces, and hardly ever speak to anyone unless they’re taking your order, but the Zaxby’s on Buena Vista Rd is top-notch

I ordered a chicken strip kids meal for my daughter.I get home and there is no freaking chicken in the box! How the hell do you serve me a kid’s tenders meal without the tenders?! How hard is it?! Do better! Teach your employees to pay more attention to what they’re doing. It’s really not that difficult! I didn’t pay for a box of fries. I specifically paid for a kid’s tenders meal!

Zaxby have good food when it’s make right Everytime I come in it’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order. I asked for no season on my fries. But clearly they put it on there anyway. Order accuracy needs to be addressed.

Went through the drive through on 2/15, around 5:20. The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. Who wants to visit an establishment where you’re being asked what you want with an attitude? Please do better, hire people who want to do their job. I won’t be visiting this location again.

This was the worst experience so far like I ordered multiple salads only gave me 2 salad dressings then I paid extra for salad dressings and they gave me the ranch that they give for wings then they had all the doors locked the line was out in the road for drive thru it’s pouring down raining I call and whoever answered the phone ignored me completely it was by far the most horrible experience I have had

I ordered a $44 meal and I had to separate my payment with two cards and I asked the cashier to do so when she returned she told me that both of my cards were declined I didn’t have the full total on either which is why I gave her both but I’m guessing she didn’t understand why I gave her two cards when I asked her to separate it to begin with I never have this problem with any other fast food restaurant
