Pretty decent food with good seasoning. A little bit pricey for what you get and you have to pay extra for sauce as well. I got the chicken nibblers. They had a mild kick to them and were pretty good. Fries were seasoned perfectly. The salad got good reviews from my co worker. Lots of cucumbers and tomatoes in it. Would definitely stop in again if I’m in the area.

This location is pretty hit or miss. I’ve gotten perfect meals from here with great portions and extra seasoning on the fries. I’ve also gotten salads with hardly any chicken, half empty boxes or fries, and funnel cake without the sauce.

Would have been 5 stars but they were way too stingy with the ketchup. They keep it behind the counter so you need to ask for it, when I did she gave me two packets. I looked at her like she was crazy and ask for more, then she gave me two more packets. At that point I gave up and ate my fries dry. Other than that it is a nice new location and the food was prepared well. The serving size appeared to be smaller than the location on Commonwealth, but was still plenty of food.

This is probably one of the best Zaxby’s me and my family have been to, the Zaxby’s in macclenny is literally the worst Zaxby’s on the whole planet which has made me not like Zaxby’s, but we were in Callahan so we decided to make a stop there since I hear so many good things about this Zaxby’s.

Went through the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a wings and things large. Got home and there was nothing different than a regular wings and things. Paid almost 17.00 for one meal and the portion side isn’t worth that much money. Went back tonight only bc my girls wanted to. There was no sense of urgency for them to take your order or prepare your food. Got home and had no zax sauce. That’s my fault I guess for not checking before I left bc it’s not the first time my order was wrong or missing something. This zaxby’s has definitely been hit or miss, more miss than anything. Zaxby’s standards should be set higher than other restaurants. I don’t mind waiting for my food but when it becomes a lack of effort then there is a problem. Please do better and not become like all the other restaurants in callahan.

I ordered a large 5 wings and 5 chicken fingers with fries and Cole slaw. I got 5 wings 3 fingers and a hand full a uncooked fries no Cole slaw and a large sprite that was full of ice. And just a dribble of sprite. This place has gone down hill in the last few months ..

This place is just going DOWN HILL and fast. When the owner tells me to contact them, and the link does not even work either just like the staff. They all need to be retrained. Cook the fries and stop over cooking the chicken. When this place first opened it was amazing now just go to McDonalds
