I don’t know why I even bother going to Zaxbys anymore. I would say it’s the location but it isn’t. I didn’t realize there was a shortage on chicken as the chicken have shrunk in size but the prices keep climbing. I went there yesterday through drive thru. No cars, but I pull up to pay and the guy at the window was on his phone. Felt like a forever before he acknowledge me. Don’t ask us to have payment ready at the window if the workers don’t care to collect. My loaded fries was lukewarm and with pieces of shredded chicken.

I never review anywhere but this place is so frustrating felt I should. We stopped eating here months ago when we ordered a family pack boneless wings and they put them so hot in the styrofoam containers that it melted the styrofoam to the Wings(this had happened before but gave them another try). However my 4 teenage boys wanted wings for dinner tonight so I ordered four of their 8-piece boneless wing meals. Got home and realized most of the wings were way overcooked and too hard to eat. 8 of the 32 Wings weren’t bigger than a quarter and was just burnt breading no meat at. When I called up there to let them know, she said I can put you down for a free 5 piece but no more than that. She argued she had dropped that order fresh for us. I told her I could bring back what was burned and she agreed she would re-cook them. But with how she talked on the phone I decided against it. I would not recommend eating here we will definitely not go back. There are better places to get chicken on the island. For $50 worth of burnt food. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location.

I can’t believe you all screwed up 3 SMALL/SIMPLE online pickup orders for me in a row and none of them were during your 12-1 lunch rush. After confronting the counter girl on the mishap on each ocassion, they gave me an attitude like they were doing me a favor correcting it. NO, I’m so sorry, how can I make it up to you for having to DRIVE BACK to the restaurant, may I give you a FREE desert or something for it. Nothing!!! If I wanted to be treated like this, I would simply go to Burger King, for the worst fast-food take-out on the island. Currently, your running a close second!

Burnt toast and cucumbers. I cannot eat cucumbers so I usually have them remove them from the salad. For whatever reason the taste remains. I also have frequently gotten burnt toast and chicken here.

Tasty Cobb salads, chicken tenders, and fried cheese bites. Visited late on a Sunday evening for takeout and received our food very quickly, which was still hot when we got back to our place 10 minutes later. Service inside was friendly and professional.

At the Fernandina location the manager Amanda was very very very rude to me and the other crew members were not honest on what happened. And the owner wasn’t much help, he took the words of kids over a customer, very very awful awful experience!!! I’m not going back to this location!!!!! I’ve always visited this location for years but not anymore!!!!
