Do better Zaxbys. Your order taker stood so far from the window we practically had to shout. Then your drive through window staff stop us 30 feet from the pressure plate so we don’t activate the delivery timer, and when asked why they stopped us with nobody in front of us said it was because our food wasn’t ready? That would be the food they were in such a rush to finish that they got the order wrong requiring my girlfriend to go in to the restaurant where she was rudely treated, and then mocked behind her back when she was walking out. That’s right, I saw your pulled faces and snide remarks being exchanged. Picture is proof of time if visit and purchase.

I really love the traditional wings with the hot mustard sauce but that’s about it. Fries have way to much seasoning, chicken fingers arw dry and all the sauses (that come in the containers) are way too salty. I feel like it wasn’t always like this but I could be wrong. Bummed.

Please clean your oil. Old oil makes the food taste horrible. I’ve been there a few times over the last 2 weeks. I know you are trying to save money but you need to clean the oil. It’s bad enough you don’t even half fill the sauces in clear cups. I almost need to think about bringing my own sauce from home if I want some for dipping.

Fries are cold and soggy. I could have ordered the kids meal with an extra finger and it would have been the same as my meal. Neither meal had bread, I ordered ranch instead of the Zac sauce for both and didn’t get anything. For the money I expected it to be right. Tried to call and no one answered… lesson learned

Service and quality of food has become absolute garbage. Ordered online, Chicken club sandwich and large fries. Sandwich uses the same piece of chicken as the nibblers and was burnt to crisp zero lettuce and no sauce. Fries…. I had 9 total in my box…. 9 fries asked for extra seasoning got none…… they seal the bag like its some professional job inside and I open it to this abortion of a meal… you got me zaxby’s…. and that will be the last time.

Dined in on a Saturday. Every table available to sit at had something on it so cleaned our own table (no biggie). All the food we ordered except the wings was cooked to order. Not sure why they were not because what we recieved was cold and dry (didn’t reorder because by then the line was out the door). Overall the fresh food was pretty good.

If I could give zero stars I would me and my wife stopped there and needless to say it sucked chicken tenders was anything but tender them and the fries look like they’d been cooked in old grease. Tried calling them and no one answered. Oh well you live and learn we definitely won’t be returning.
