I love Zaxby’s, I travel down from New Hampshire and look forward to getting back into the area just to get Zaxby’s. Food & atmosphere are great at this location, my only complaint is they’ve gone to the “please pull into a parking space and wait” model. Not my favorite thing at a fast food drive through… But in the end, worth the wait.

I went in with only $7 to my name. A young lady gave a tea and a few fries without extra charge. That was a wonderful and kind thing. Not in a long time have I had such a wonderful experience in a restaurant. She made my day as I was hurting for funds. Great staff at this location. Any zaxbys is great and the food is always hot and delicious. We had a car wash for our travel ball team in their back parking lot and one worker brought us his truck to wash and he was super nice. He brought our team some hot and fresh tenders.

Everyone, no matter what time, always has a great attitude and tried to aid as fast as possible. The loaded fry is the best thing on the menu and i will continue to eat this meal for a while. Always hot and always tasty!

Batter was old or not regular batter. 32$ for tenders and a salad and it was blah. Tallahassee to north ga has always been great. Second restaurant in Crawfordville I won’t be back to . Also about 6 employees there today , no one had a clean uniform. No one had a great smile or attitude and no one seemed to want to be there or want to serve. I get fast food isn’t most people dream job but if you are in csr be a csr or get a factory job???

I went in today Tuesday August 8th 2023 this place was busy the drive-thru was backed up the counter was steady flow and there could not have been a better group of employees courteous polite on it the wait time was very minimal there wasn’t a crabby person in that place because those employees took charge and did their job every single one of them deserves a raise

I like this zaxbys, food is typically on par, crew seems pleasant, but they mess up the sauces everytime I go, online or in the window, I feel like someone in there works for Big Ranch and really wants me to have ranch despite repeatedly asking for no ranch or replace ranch with different sauce lol its become incredibly comical at this point but its not the end of the world.
