I love Zaxby’s. It is a rare treat for me because they do not have them in Colorado. I love getting to have them in Utah or wherever I happen to see them. However I stopped at this location and the food did not remind me of Zaxby’s. I don’t know if it was dirty oil or what but I did not enjoy my food very much. I gave most of it to my dog. Although the staff seemed very nice I appreciated that. But I do wish I had picked somewhere else to stop for dinner.

Went through the drive through on my way home after a very long drive and ordered the grilled house salad. Got home and discovered the chicken on the salad was dried out and burnt to a crisp, inedible to say the least. Called to complain and was told by “ the manager” they would need the food and receipt brought back in order to get a refund. Wasn’t going to turn around and drive twenty five minutes back to the restaurant. Fed the chicken to my garbage disposal. Very disappointed.

Coco Mulo
I went there yesterday and ordered the wings and things meal and asked for a large fry with extra seasoning on it. After receiving the item and taking it home I realized that my fries barley had any seasoning on them and I didn’t get anything that looked like “extra”. I ordered bbq and ranch extra with it and also received zaxbys sauce that I am unsure if I was charged for. I did like the seasoning on the tenders and got an extra boneless wing so I guess that’s a plus. I just hope that you guys stop being so stingy with your fries

Filthy, garbage was overflowwing and on the floor. Bathroom floors were covered in standing water. No paper towels, no toilet paper. Tables were too dirty to eat off of. Slow, 20 minutes for fast food staff sitting around talking about last night. Food was cold and order was wrong but i didn’t have time to bring it back..

this is the best fast food place that me and my family have visited while our stay in the panhandle I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Everyone was hard at work whether it was cleaning up because of course they were fixing to get ready to close or getting the customers food at the windows or to the front counter. All the staff were very friendly helpful and made you feel at home. I just want to recognize the management Hope, as well as other crewmembers, Lucas, Junior, Hayden ex… the food was amazing as always!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Worst Zaxbys I’ve EVER been to!!! 20 piece boneless wings were lukewarm/nearly cold. Signature fries *dont recommend* were so chill the cheese might have well just been thrown on from the fridge to an order someone canceled an hour ago. Last and most certainly least was the “not so” signature sandwich. Lopsided, thin, and cold “chicken” + soggy bun was a huge disappointment to top this experience off with. I won’t be back to this location.

They need to change the oil. I knew when I saw my fingers they were not going to taste good. Made me sick for 2days. We have stopped here before a couple times and no problems. This time- they were extremely busy. Place was dirty. That I can deal with but the food was not good. My husband got hot wings and they poured so much sauce on them that it leaked all over the bag. CHANGE YOUR OIL!!!!!

The food was mediocre. My first time to go to a Zaxby’s, probably my last. Dining area had trash on the floor and tables were not cleaned. I walked in around 5:30 pm, so was early for dinner crowd. Haven’t seen anyone to come and clean tables. Not impressed.
