Let’s be honest. Even a bad Zaxbys is still good. The food is usually always great. There are some downfalls like the service is hit or miss, and the coke freestyle machines are usually out of at least 2 flavors. However, the rest of this place is pleasant, though. The bathrooms are clean, and they have a spot for food delivery services to quickly get their order and go. All in all this restaurant is a good option for some good food that everyone can enjoy.

Good evening Yes I was at the Zaxby’s in Lynn Haven Florida on highway 77 and from the time I walked in I was greeted to my order I was greeted I got my food the time I got through paying my food was ready then the young lady that was working in the lobby the dining room area keeping it picked up and cleaned up and wiped down she greeted me asked me were there anything that I needed and I just want to let someone know in my opinion this restaurant was a 10 out of 10 excellent customer service the food was great very fresh prepared and I just wanted to say thank you

Food was so good just wished they would have taken alittle time to actually cut, chop, slice, or dice the 2 stips of bacon on the chicken bacon ranch fries and maybe spread the the sauce around so it’s semi mixed up or tosses around but, it was very very good and perfect size for my son, husband, and I to share.

Wrong size drinks, staff arguing over the wrong drinks- then had to park to go into the restaurant to get straws for the drinks we ordered. The restaurant was filthy, trash on the floor and trash on the counter where I got the straws from. Won’t be stopping by this location in the future. Been frequent visitors for several years.

The past three times I’ve visited and got my usual boneless wings meal, they’ve been barely tossed and maybe 1/2 of each wing has sauce on it. Very displeased with this. I’ve also (over different meals) had toast left out, ranch left out, no seasoning on fries, and old tea.

They can’t read a receipt right, gave back the wrong amount of change and argued about it. Outrageous prices for barely any food, literally anywhere else gives more food for the same price.
