Great experience, I came at the peak of lunch rush and was given prompt service!! The restaurant was very clean on the inside and I was able to receive my food very quickly. I order the big chicken plate and fried white cheddar bites. Everything was fresh and had great flavor. The coleslaw was perfect!! I’ll definitely be back!

Third time we’ve been here in the past month and the last time we’ll ever come here. Service is horrible and the restaurant is very dirty. All the tables were dirty with trash on them, we had to clean one ourselves to be able to dine in. One of the kitchen people prepping the food was in the kitchen eating while fixing food. Disgusting! The entire staff, especially the cashiers working on June 20th @11:00am were hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Those lovely individuals made my birthday treat incredibly special and my only regret is not getting their names to include in the review! They’ve 100% secured my family’s business and I can’t thank the staff enough for how kind they were! 10/10 the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to!

I ordered a chicken tender meal today. The tenders were overcooked and dry, the fries were undercooked and soggy. While we were waiting for our food the staff messed up three orders and then messed up ours by giving us the wrong food. Would not recommend going here.

We purchas the Zac pak the chicken was cold and hard the French fries were cold. The service sucked and it was not worth the money we had to pay. The other thing is they were out of ice!!!
