Ordered online for 5 people and they messed up. 2 chicken sandwiches with only 1 slice of jacked up bacon and NO sauce on either. Very, very stingy with their ranch on the loaded fries. Very stingy on the zaxby sauce on the 3rd chicken sandwich ( it had one little dab of sauce). Most of the fries looked like they were bitten off of and they screwed up the drink order. Done with Zaxby’s!

I am so disappointed and quite frankly disgusted with the lack of customer service today. I’ve been in customer service in some way shape or form for over 20 years and it’s almost become non-existent! As a customer anywhere, when an employee hands me my change back and I look and say thank you and they look at me with a scowl on their face completely unresponsive , that’s not acceptable to me ever! I’m just amazed that places are so desperate for bodies to work that they accept that type of unwelcoming behavior from employees! I’d be happy to come and teach a class on how to be courteous and polite to customers. One is definitely needed then enforced, which might be a completely separate issue. To make matters worse, my order wasn’t even correct. It was just after 11am and not busy.

This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch. I used to go through the drive-thru once or twice a week. But now that I have a bigger truck with ladder racks on the roof I don’t fit through the drive up. So I go inside to get my order and then go. I think it’s a shame that the changes to our society brought on by covid has made inside dining unpopular with a lot of people. There’s a very nice area to sit and enjoy your meal in there but the only people in there are the drivers for the Furious delivery companies coming and going picking up people’s orders. I think I’m going to make it a point to eat in their dining room. Just to encourage it.

The past couple of times we’ve visited this Zaxby’s, Alicia was rude to us. BOTH times we went there she was cashier and I said I wanted Buffalo sauce and she said, “We don’t HAVE Buffalo sauce, we have Buffalo GARLIC Sauce.” How rude. She surely is aware of exactly what I was referring to, but used the opportunity to be rude and snappy. She doesn’t pay attention, I have to repeat myself several times when ordering, and our orders end up being wrong. They forgot our bread, or the chicken fingers are more like nuggets, not fingers. I have to always check our orders to make sure they’re what we actually ordered. I won’t be back if this rudeness and ineptitude occurs again and if our food is subpar, or contains tiny nuggets instead of chicken fingers. I’ll go to Creighton. And please, stop playing Christian music!

I love the hearty chicken strips. They aren’t the thin little strips that won’t stand up to dipping. They are thick meaty real white meat. Zax sauce is great on the fries and bread as well as the chicken. My new favorite buffalo dip and tater chips. Just spicy enough and the chips are what chips are meant to be. Love me some Zax.

Presentation is everything and this location is lacking significantly in this area. They got it wrong Sunday, went back for a complimentary Cobb salad, purchased another one, and presentation was still horrible. I asked for no cheese, no bacon and no fried onions, on lite vinaigrette and one ranch received two vinaigrette.

I ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. I know that our Country is under a great deal of stress with shortages BUT COME ON MAN – the tomatoes looked like a pile of mush – the cucumbers looked they they were frozen or something – OH and the best part – OLD ROTTEN LETTUCE – COVERED UP BY THE GOOD LETTUCE. You should let your customers know if the ingredients are not up to par and give them an opportunity to order something else.
