Only 4 stars because I had to return my fries because they weren’t fresh and barely warm. This is not something I normally do so I was worried. However I was met with friendly and apologetic concerns. They were also quick with the replacement which was fantastic ❤️ It was my 1st time for the Chicken bacon ranch fries and they were so good!!

House Zalad was so skimpy the chicken on it looked like 1 chicken finger cut up. This is the 2nd Time in 2 weeks this has happened at this location they look short staffed. Drive through took thirty minutes a lot of people were waiting.

I would say zaxbys in general is amazing but this review rating is for this specific one. Always when I drive off there isn’t something missing. Wether it’s a drink or a part of a meal or a dressing to a salad. My grilled chicken was over cooked to charred beyond chewing. The bacon in the Cobb salad consisted of one piece broken into small pieces. I’ve been getting zaxbys for 10 years now and throughout the country and this one has always disappointed me.

Went here today for lunch. Pulled up directly to the ordering speaker and was told I had to drive around the building to get in line to order. I politely stated there was no one in line, nor anyone pulling into the line when I pulled up. He didn’t care and was rude, so I left. Therefore, my family and I will never go to this place again. I wonder if the General Manager knows his employees are making these kind of decisions that will cost the company business?

This location is a joke. If you have a hour to waste in the drive thru, this is the location for you. I have taken my son here 3 times and each time I say I will never come back to wait for subpar food. Well that was the last time. I didn’t even hang around to order.

We came by for a few chicken fingers and ordered wrong thinking we got fries but our order actually didn’t include them, wasn’t a problem but Kat (a new employee on register) and a nice gentleman in the back on cook line made sure we got some fries anyway. Very pleasant experience, top notch food!

Moments I’ll go which was 127 p.m. on May the 25th I pulled up to the drive-thru window. The very feminine speaking gentleman said you cut someone off you got to go back around. I don’t know I was the first in line I’m not sure if going around the building is a requirement? Anyway I probably will not return.
