7-09-2023 – I went into eat lunch at Zaxby’s on 43rd in Gainesville, FL, I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes with two people behind the counter chit-chattering with each other, one finally walked up to the register and asked if he could take my order. I ordered my food to-go. Once he brought me my order, I walked over to fix my drink and decided to sit down and eat. The only item that was in the bag was the order. No Zaxbys sauce, napkins, ect.

This is the worst food I have ever received from Zaxbys, the food was disgusting, the new salad came with one and a 1/2 piece of hard chicken tenders Brown lettuce and the Spring roll was burnt. I asked the lady at the drive-through to double check that my fries are in the bag due to them not putting it in the bag on a previous visit and she assured me it was there. I arrived home to find no fries once again. Very disappointing

Placed an order at 3:42pm. Total 29 and change. Got it. Didn’t have one of the 3 meals on receipt. Receipt for 17 and change. Went back through drive thru. Told them they missed the meal, but still even gave me my drink for it — and they rang the meal again. Paid again 3:49pm. Told to park in spot 1, so they could clear their drive thru queue, I get it. Waited 10 minutes. Saw people drive up and leave, at least 3 customers. Called store at 4pm, told them still waiting. They acted like they didn’t even know I was waiting. Left without my food because I have an appointment to get to. Talked to the GM, Jimmy, and he was cordial and promises to make it right. But wanted to post here so you know not to leave the drive thru when you wait for your order.

Idk if they just let anyone answer the phone but it’s quite aggravating when you call to ask a question and the guy only responds with “uh I’m a cashier I don’t know what to tell you” and. “Oh word” to everything you say.
