I wish I could give this place zero stars. We got to the speaker, and had to wait awhile. There was no hello, just “what can I get for you today?”. We got our food and when we got to the window, the girl rushed us and made us pull forward, even though the half of our order was already ready. Our drink was also wrong. The only good thing I can say is that the food was at least hot.

Just went in to pick up an online order I placed and was completely disregarded. I told the lady at the front my name and that it was a pickup, and she simply replied “ok” without moving. After about 30 minutes, (mind you I showed up right at my estimated ready time) I ask her again about my order because at this point, I either wanted my food or to get a refund and get food somewhere else. I could overhear SEVERAL other people waiting upwards of 45 MINUTES and they were demanding refunds as well. Anyway, I repeat myself after 30 minutes because I saw they were busy and figured they just needed some time, WHOLE TIME MY ORDER WAS ACTUALLY DONE WHEN I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED, she just didn’t care to look. I was able to physically see that. I just got my stuff and left annoyed. My food was cold, and being loaded French fries, was not even edible after sitting that long in a soupy cold mess. The whole time there was irritated customers asking questions and demanding refunds, the two ladies at the front could not be bothered to respond or offer help to anyone, their conversation was clearly of higher importance. So now I’m out $20 and very upset!

This is absolutely disgusting. Unless someone asks for extra ranch don’t add it. I wasted $11 on lunch. I can’t even eat this. Filling up the box so full of ranch it’s so soggy and nasty.

Food is great.. once you get it. This location recently went to heck in a hand basket. Drive thru orders take 15+ minutes, and they park you. How about quit taking orders first, serve those in line, then get back to it.

You ever had service so bad you refuse to go back to the location? Last week I came here for dinner and got into the drive thru. When I entered at 7:25 there we two cars in front of me. Fast forward 40, yes fourty minutes, I’m finally able to place my order. While the time was far more than what should have been, I didn’t even have an issue with it. I’ve worked in fast food and have seen both sides of the coin to understand. However, what did it for me, was when asking how long it would be for my food to come out or if I would have to pull over (since I have been in line at this point for almost an hour) instead of being answered by the cashier – the manager instead comes to the window. I guess it was an awful night for her because I’ve seen her come to the window for multiple other orders. What she didn’t do with those orders was slam the window in their face – ignoring me when she finally did open it to hand me my food (I didn’t get my drink or sauces). I waited at this window for 5 minutes until she told me through the closed window that I would need to come inside and she’s not answering questions or giving additional product out through the window. What??? I was increasingly confused to which the older woman took offense and actually turned her back to the window, waving me away while not w even faces towards me. I’m not sure if I was mistaken for somebody else or if my question was misinterpreted – but to have to wait for an hour and get ignored when ordering or talking – about missing food in said order – alongside the awful attitude I was given after such a long wait when I could have been understandably not – I’m proud to say I am now a Huey Magoo’s fan and will no longer visit Zaxbys. I hope the manager finds peace in life if she isn’t able to find a job that doesn’t make her hate her life.

No Zax sauce, burnt tenders, cold and soggy fries, and nasty tea (I wanted peach but I guess they ran out and I watched the person pour regular tea in my cup instead of asking if I wanted an alternative). Chick behind the counter spoke to customers in a very rude way. No thanks.

Worst place and customer service I have ever seen!! I don’t even want to give it a 1. Tables dirty, the person taking our order ignored us for awhile then came over and with a unfriendly look on her face asked if we were going to be dining in. Had to ask for dinner ware.

I have never felt so disrespected at any fast food location. As we were placing our order the young lady had no idea how to put in our order (I’m guessing she’s new) anyhow, we were respectful and patient with her. Another employee (kind gentleman) came over to help. When we received our order everything was wrong, and my boyfriend was missing an order of fries. We understand mistakes happen, but it was completely rude for the young lady to put the blame on us for something she did, when the other fellow employee told her she was the one who had it incorrect she proceeded to blame the cooks. Guess everyone is to blame for her actions. There was also two other “customers”who were just sitting around who began yelling out at us for no apparent reason. A complete horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and listen to all of the other 1 STAR reviews this location has and stay away!
