Ordered the nibbler plate, and it was really good. The chicken tenders were moist. The Zax sauce was perfect. The customer service was really good. I ordered a unsweet tea and lemonade and they did a perfect. I have no complaints about them way to go keep up the great customer service.

I’ve actually had a couple issues with this zaxby’s location in the past. Nothing major just minor stuff. I’m not sure if something changed staffing wise recently because it has improved so much! The customer service was amazing. I know with fast food employees are pushed to get the food out as fast as possible but that often leads to bad customer service. But Nita & Karla were so sweet! They really took a little extra time to really make me feel like a valued customer and I appreciated it so much! Keep up the good work Nita & Karla, it is not going unnoticed!

I love Zaxby’s, they have great salads and chicken sandwiches. But I am very disappointed with the replacement of the soda machine. They had one of the big ones that have a large variety of choices and lots of diet soda. Today, they had a regular soda fountain and only diet coke. As a diabetic I have enjoyed the options of something other than just diet coke.. very disappointing, store owners never think of diabetics.

Terrible customer service. I ordered via Uber. Called in within two minutes of order and asked for no seasoning on fries due to an allergy. They said they couldn’t do it because it was already boxed up. Really, within two minutes. Hell, when I’m in person, I have to wait longer than that!! Pitiful.

I decided to give Zaxby’s a try today. This is my first visit to this establishment. Staff was very friendly and moving efficiently. There chicken sandwich is like a hybrid of a Popeyes sandwich and Chick-fil-A. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned well. My only problem would be that my Coke was almost flat and watered down. It had very little carbonation. And the ketchup packets that were handed to me were covered in ketchup but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and would definitely visit again.

I love zaxby’s but this one is a hit or miss honestly, they’re pretty good at precise orders but they never give enough sauce, I’ve ordered two meals for my partner and I and they always only give one sauce and my fries are hard as a rock sometimes as well, but overall it’s pretty good
