This was my first time trying their food. Fantastic alternative to the run of the mill chicken places. The food was cooked to order and served fresh and hot. The sauce is tangy and unique. The toast was a nice surprise. It seems generic but somehow delicious and complimented the chicken. The fries were seasoned and tasty. Portions were well worth the price. The tea is phenomenal and not overbearingly sweet w/o loosing the tea taste. The staff was courteous and patient. Asked the right questions and visually showed me my options. The location was clean and well maintained. Quiet and the perfect amount of busy that wasn’t interfering with our dine in experience. Will definitely come back and choose this if there is any in my traveling areas.

Visited this place twice. Both times they messed up my order. Paid $15 for a plate that looked like $5 just thrown into the plate. Employees are playing games and joking around. Both visits were exactly the same. Fries were old and brown. Chicken was hard. Employees seem incompetent (I say this kindly) because both visits I was missing food items. Parking lot was empty when I arrived and for good reason. Stay away from this location.

Went through the drive-through to get my son in our food. Calvin had exceptional customer service, offered us the new items on the menu and brought our food out hot and fresh. Very great employee definitely keep him on payroll if not promote him. You guys need more employees like this.

This is my second time at this location and after this visit I will not be returning. I’m not usually one to rate business, however this experience was absurd. The food was good although it wasn’t what I ordered. But the service was absolutely foul. The person in charge was so incredibly rude because I ordered separately from my group. By the time she acknowledged me my friends had already received their order. she made it very clear how frustrated she was that she had to take my order. I understand being busy and I’m not upset about the wait or even how “busy” it was. But if you’re going to talk about a costumer on the other side of the wall might as well do it in-front of my face. Do better or get better management.

First time at Zaxby’s and will not be coming back. The food was amazing but the service was another story. One of the employees kept rubbing her temples and acting annoyed because me and my friend ordered separately. I would understand the inconvenience if it was busy (which it was not) or if we were in anyway abrasive, but she was immediately annoyed with us the minute we walked into the location. She was also rude to the other customers that came in after us and conveniently was not wearing a nametag. I hope management looks into this incident and looks for ways to improve their customer service.

I came here multiple times and each time I leave with disappointment the fries have a weird after taste as if the oil is old or something all I know is it ruins my taste and gives me headache and when I ask for a certain sauce they give me something I don’t want. I used to go to one in altamonte which I really liked so when this location opened up I was excited but it makes me not want to go to any zaxbys

Food was great, but service was so bad. We went inside and they made us feel like idiots for trying to order inside. Employee got annoyed my friend and i had to order separately. Definitely made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Would not return to this location.
