If I could leave zero stars, I would. I waited 30 minutes in drive-through for a chicken sandwich and kids meal. Along with another vehicle, who was also waiting the drive-through person did not tell us anything and just had us sitting there when I went inside to ask for my money back, the Manager refused to come up to the front. They then tried to deliver my food to someone else outside while I was INSIDE the store right in front of them waiting for the food. The customer service at this location was absolutely disgusting. No apology, no care in the world. The food wasn’t even worth the wait. I will never return to a Zaxbys again.

My recent visits to Zaxby’s have been consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit the chicken pieces I received were dry and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Despite requesting extra seasoning on the fries, they arrived bland and unseasoned.

I really don’t recommend this place. I was waiting in the car for 40 minutes and when I left I checked the food, the order was completely wrong and I asked for an order of chicken finger and they only gave me French fries. The service was terrible and the manager who was in charge of the shift did not want to show her face and handle the situation accordingly. They are irresponsible in places like this, it is not worth leaving one’s money wasted.

Employees have a bad attitude. Literally zero manners. Mobile order was supposed to be done at 4:47 yet here I am parked at the “double white lines” at 5:00. Just like everything else on university boulevard, it is the absolute worst version possible of this brand. I can safely say if you crave Zaxby’s, this location will leave you disappointed. Avoid this place.

Made on online order for drive thru pickup. Called to modify order after placing told they hadn’t gotten the order in yet. Called two minutes later to modify then told they can’t do anything cause they made it already even though I did exactly what zaxbys online says to do to fix or modify an order. I also ended up having to go in to get my order because drive though wouldn’t move. When I finally got my order the fries were cold as ice. (which apparently their large is actually the size a regular is suppose to be) Cashier was a sweet girl but management is in need of a change. That shouldn’t have happened.

This drive thru is a hit or miss. Many nights it is ok, but there are some nights, a certain crew is working and the line gets so long and the food is terrible! Just look at this dry, extra crispy and stale chicken! I couldn’t even eat. I actually needed to throw up the portion I ate because it made my stomach turn so fast! Sometimes I don’t have an issue with this location, but something needs to be done with staffing and food quality.
