I had five chicken fingers. They were nice and meaty, not completely covered in the coating. I gave the food four stars though because there was a bit too much salt on them. The Zaxby’s sauce was good, but if you want an extra sauce, they charge twenty-five cents each.

This was the worst Cobb salad I’ve ever had. Tray full of nothing but stalks so very little lettuce at all. Tomatoes looked like they had been mashed up. Taste was terrible. Just a waste of my money so I will not get another salad from here.

The worst Big Zac Snack meal, they used to be good looking chicken strips, now I felt I had chicken fingers. And if you want any extra sauces I think it’s 25 or 50 cents each. What a disappointment. I paid 9.99 for this meal I think another place is cheaper and better!

The manager Miss Debbie took great care of me even when I don’t have a vehicle and she made sure she placed the order. I was coming from the movie theaters and she made sure I got something to eat what a true blessing in miracle that took place that night. She really made sure that I was taken care of and I was okay I really appreciate her loving service and her great medical skills. I was only blessed to be able to receive something from that restaurant that night. God bless her and I are working hard team who made the food so really good.

We ordered 3 meals and the team seemed to get upset when we rejected our meals because they were trying to give us old food. We requested fresh food which we waited patiently for. Once we received it, the chicken was the saltiest, smallest pieces of chicken we’ve ever scene. I mean it looks like they cut the chicken strips into 1/3rds. We had to drench the chicken to degrade the salt taste. Not to mention we got there around 8pm on a Friday night and we we’re greeted with “we are about to close but you can still dine in” comment. The Manager looks like he is fresh out of rehab and was not wearing gloves while in the kitchen and was the main person to speak or complain about making the food fresh. Asking them to remake our food at that moment again would have been an issue for them because he seemed agitated already and that attitude if pushed would not have went well for him. So we decided to dial it back. I don’t like being treated like we’re not valued customers.

Yo. It’s 5/23/23 right at the end of close and I still got the BEST SERVICE from the whole crew in the drive thru. I know the days working service are long and I had a big order end of their shift and honestly I had a bad day and they made it so much better. Please give the girls raises shout out to Mykeria and Tanisha!

Google says closes at 10pm but if you get to this location by 8pm the dine-in area is already locked and closed. Happened several times this week & the doors doesn’t even give a time the inside closes.. disappointing now I understand the ratings

Food here was good and the location was clean. I had lunch and the wait time wasn’t bad but nobody acknowledged me when I went to order. I get that it was a little busy but I shouldn’t feel like my presence is an inconvenience. Would eat here again tho
