Incredible flavor for the money! They have BOTH grilled and fried chicken (AND SOOOOOO DELICIOUS) you get a lot of food with the order and they have crinkle cut french fries and there’s nothing better than fresh crinkle cut french fries! I was there today and the manager Jessica was very on things. She checked on me and other guests, while she handled a few things and kept a smile on her face the whole time. This location always makes me feel very special and they always get the order right!

I ordered with Door Dash. First time for Zaxby’s at this location…will NEVER order from them again. First order was incomplete by 3 orders even missing the Cole slaw. They reissued the order for items left off original order at no charge BUT STILL DID NOT INCLUDE COLESLAW. They should have tipped the driver at their cost but didn’t…I tipped her as I felt that was proper thing. After all, it wasn’t her fault. I’ve tried calling them with no answer…that’s why I’m leaving this review. Don’t order from this store!!!

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 and was told they were no longer taking orders inside we would need to go thru the drive thru to place our order. This is unacceptable. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant telling customers to leave the inside because they were ready to go home.

I went to this location in a rush between jobs. They messed up my order as they usually do even though they are NEVER busy. I called because I couldn’t come back due to being in a rush for work and was told “I would be taken care of” to “come back” i explained I couldn’t because of work. I decided, not that big of a deal but the food was disgusting! Feeling completely defeated after spending $30 for food, getting the wrong food and receiving nasty food I returned to the restaurant only to be met by Sydney who claimed she could do nothing for me but give me more food. Why would I want more nasty food? Anyways, save yourself the hassle. The employees don’t do their jobs and they’re not held accountable. They just tell you what they can do for you after messing up your order and wasting your money. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!
