Maybe it’s me but I feel like the chicken tender has decreased in size. I recently ordered wings n things. My tenders looked more like nuggets. The wings weren’t bad however the skin could have a little more crisp to it. The staff is nice and the place was very clean. Glad I can walk into a place where my shoe doesn’t get stuck to the floor.

The Nice Lady working at the counter is truly a blessing. She always greets customers with a smile, even if they forget to pay and need to be reminded over the loudspeaker. Her son takes care of cooking and serving, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The general manager is always available and has a warm sense of customer service. Additionally, the restaurant employs a kind gentleman who keeps the establishment clean and even opens the door for customers who make multiple purchases. I highly recommend this restaurant.

As i sit outside this Zaxbys in pure bliss of what i have just consumed. I am writing this review. Moments like these is what makes the world go round. Ordered a 8 peice boneless chicken….Large.I expected an 8 piece chicken, what i have just devoured was crafted by the hands of God. I have very rarely ever been touched by the holy spirit. Once was at my sons birth, another at my wedding. Another, Tonight, made me shed tears of joy. Tasted, as though Zaxbys was cooking for a King. Went there last night 10/17 for dinner. When I got to window one girl was yelling at what I think was the manager. No one even looked my direction. Then a cook comes out to the soda machine…stands there. Finally someone gets my money. And there I sit for about 3 mins. I can see they are packaging my food..opening and closing boxes that appear in window. I hear these are supposed to be meals. It was crazy…not sure what was going on but it appeared only one person was working. I get home and those had to be the worst meals ever. Fries not cooked, no sauce on sandwiches and everything just thrown in the box…wow crazy. Not sure I’d go back after all that chaos…it’s not that difficult of a job by people

The food was very good, we ordered to go. When we left Zaxby’s they had left half our order on the back counter and didn’t put in our bag . We realized it when we got home so we had to go back to pick it up it took 20 minutes to go back and get it. I do have to say the girl that took our order was so pleasant and welcoming.
