The food is pretty good when it’s done well but for some reason can’t seem to get a correct order at this location, always something incorrect or missing, the one on US 41 is much better. The zalads are very good probably the best fast food salad you can get.

Shared that I had never been to zaxby’s before today. Was referred by friend. Asked for side of fried mushrooms. Store associate just stared at me with a blank look.. (Guess I thought she’d be friendly, or helpful.) Offered me more fries.

Come here with coworkers so now I like this place. No hassle to order to go or to eat there. The restaurant is kept clean and the service has been great. I have enjoyed “The Blue” salad and their chicken sandwiches are really also really good. I love chicken and this place does it right.

We had been here before and couldn’t wait to get their chicken again, so we were surprised going back on this trip that it certainly was not the same, the chicken sandwich was greasy and the fries were not crisp. I had the salad and it was wilted and the egg roll was mushy no vegetables inside just mushy. We won’t return to this Zaxbys.

1st time trying out Zaxby’s, and it was a little disappointing. I went thru the drive thru for quicker service and it probably would have been better to have gone inside. When my order was handed to me the teriyaki sauce container had opened up in the bag and it was all over the boxes. I checked my 1st order and they had to remake the tenders with the sauce that was requested, so I had to pull up to wait, which was fine. They brought me the order and then my other meal was not in the bag. The poor girl had to go back inside to go get it. All in all, by the time I got to eat the food, it was just ok. I may give them another shot to try something else to see if its better.

Came here for dinner and got the chicken niblerz. had to come back in because the buns were hard as a rock. lady who grabbed it told the cook “the buns are evidently too hard so remake it” and then went to go talk to the other three girls in the corner.
