What a nice pleasant lunch stop. Good food, fast service, and fair pricing. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating and room. And they passed an inspection by Osceola County Fire Department while we there.

Slow service at drive through can have you waiting and being out of sweet tea isn’t great .asking for wings to be extra crispy to receive them soggy and under cooked just makes you not wanna order wings with bones from them. But the boneless taste terrible so I go to mighty wings instead where they can make your wings with bones crispy

Absolutely disgusting staff is incredible rude and incompetent traditional wings took 14 minutes in drive thru instead of pulling the car they made everyone wait and our food cold we will never return and they should all be fired what do you expect from a place that should be higher quality than any other chicken place. The bags were handed out the window sideways and our food was all shifted inside the containers. The drive thru window cashier Yarillisse M. was incredibly rude.

This is the first time trying Zaxby’s. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a “hi let me first start off by telling you we don’t have buns, Peach tea we are low on sauce and no ranch. Anything else you order I would have to see if we have. We made our order waited 25 minutes for food, we left once our order was done, I get to the car to check our nibblers to see that there’s literally a drop the size of a dime of sauce on each nibbler and nothing else that I had asked for. I Called and the lady that worked there was so rude and told me well we don’t have much of anything at least you got your food…. I have never in my life been somewhere that didn’t have absolutely anything to run a successful business. And everyone there was in their early teens… im so disappointed
