The wings and chicken fingers were good. The service was good. However being my 1st time in the place I asked for sweet and spicy for the wings and the fingers. The wings had the right sauce but they gave some zaxbys sauce for the fingers. Wasn’t a fan plus it wasn’t what I asked for to begin with.

Zaxby’s used to be my go to spot for decent fast food so I was thrilled when they opened a Zaxby’s in our town. When they first opened they were great! The food was always on point, the service was great but this last year or so they have gone downhill to the point that after today I will NEVER eat at any Zaxby’s anywhere. More than once over the last year they’ve gotten our order wrong and they seem to have an issue with putting any sauce on the wings, to the point that we always order extra sauce on the side. Today they decided to serve us untoasted bread with our wing’s and thing’s orders. The wings were cold and overcooked, the chicken fingers were tiny, dry, and cold, the fries were just barely done and lightly seasoned. When I called to ask if they stopped toasting the bread (I had not yet begun to eat my lunch so I didn’t know how badly the rest of the meal was) Grayson assured me that they still toast the bread and offered to remake our order. While trying to tell him that the toast was not toasted and what it looked like he accused me of giving him attitude. I had not given him any attitude at that point and I informed him that I could give him an attitude if he wished but instead I was just going to end the call and any future purchases from any Zaxby’s anywhere.
