Food was garbage!! We spent almost 60 bucks to have all our food cold and nasty. This establishment needs to close down I ain’t never experienced customer service like this. Nasty food and it was cold I will never come back ever in life and I stay right down the street from this place I will drive to the one in Homewood where they are more friendly and food is good and hot. 60 dollars wasted!!!! Rude customer service!!!

I’m currently awaiting my order. I stutter. So I talk slower than others. The woman on the speaker was very aggressive with me. Ended up with a larger order. I pull up to the window. Ask for the woman on the speaker, the male worker gets my card hands it back and says have a nice day. I pause. He comes back. Pull down. I don’t go to restaurants often. When I do. Sad this is the only one around mcalla , we sat behind a car in the drive thru for 30 mins only to find out one of the employees parked their car in the drive thru and locked the store doors , on a Saturday at 11. and then continued to cuss out customers asking him what was going on . Do not recommend , you will certainly regret. They probably need to shut this one down or get new management.

Used to like this place but service is bad now. The last couple times items on my order were wrong or I just didn’t receive them. So evertime I’ve been charged for things I never receive. They also seem to have an issue of items out of stock. And the inside was still closed so drive thru only.

Chicken fingers were a little hard/crispy for my liking, they were super duper busy… Probably because chicfila is undergoing renovations which has them temporarily shut down and honestly the best thing about my experience was the guy taking orders (the cashier)… This fella was doing a really really great job. Unusual for someone his age working as a fast food cashier. Idk if you will ever actually see this dude but, thanks my man… You have a very bright future in whatever profession you end up in. I haven’t been to this particular Zaxby’s in over a year because of the quality of service I got. Well after all that time it hasn’t gotten better, somehow it managed to get worse. The counter staff are completely lacking in any customer service skills or training apparently. There were several people that had already placed their order and waiting. One gentleman was arguing with what appeared to be a manager about his order being wrong, she just got tired I guess and walked off. I waited at the register for 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order, and by this time at least 10 more people had walked in waiting as well to order. After having to repeat the order a few times to the cashier, she finally managed to enter it properly. After about another 10 minutes my order number was called only for me to get to the counter and the 2 employees standing there had their backs turned. I waited a minute before I just said out loud did you call order 80? one of the girls turned around, I repeated what I said, she starts looking at the orders sitting in front of her and can’t find it. Another customer standing there said they did call out #80. After her looking around for 2 or 3 minutes she managed to figure out which one it was. I get to the table with my order, no napkins, no sauce. I go back up to the counter once again but after a minute of standing there and no acknowledgement from anyone I just gave up. I’ll never go back to this Zaxby’s again.
