The place is very clean but the amount of food is poor is like they want to used one basket of fries to complete the orders the pieces of chicken are really small but the hospitality is great just tell the manager not to be greedy on the food

When I first entered the store, there were 3 people in (what looked like the line to order) front of me; one lady said had said that she had came through the drive through twice already, now into store making 3rd confrontation on the matter, but that her food WAS STILL COLD & that the employees were super disrespectful by a number of things. Next man in line, wrong order/order not right/something like that, & that they had charged him also for several things that he didn’t get nor even ask for. Still I attempted to give the benefit of the doubt & brush it off as a mixture of maybe people who never really personally worked in fast food, maybe employees had an extremely rough day already, etc…. Then when I went to order the cashier was not only still making disrespectful faces at the customers with complaints before me, but was still trying to argue with them as they’re trying to leave also! Almost nothing was stocked (NO napkins, straws, cup lids, etc.), drink machine is DISGUSTINGGGGG, spitting black old soda out each time, food was barely warm, as well as the store & bathrooms being nasty as all get out.

Employees sitting on the counter when we walked in. However, the service was good. Once we got our food, we watched as employees were trying to hook up with each other in the hallway where the bathrooms are. Some of the fries tasted like they were heated in the microwave. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Placed an order via app. Upon arrival, I was notified that my order was not available. (Out of salad) But I was charged for it. (Of course) Employee at the window was very rude and dismissive and gave incorrect guidance on how to cancel the order on the app. (Not possible)

I like the chicken wings and have been getting them for a long time. Have also tried the different salads and specials. Truthfully I was disappointed to see that chicken on salad has been reduced to small bites. I am aware of cost changes but this us ridiculous. Smaller but not minuscule.

I went to there after work and the inside was closed and I had to go through the drive through and asked for wings and things and asked for 2 extra chicken fingers and only got 1 and ordered 2 chicken finger plate one with 4 and the other with 5 the fries had no seasoning and the gave us only one zaxby’s sauce for 3 plates someone needs to fix the customer service I used to work in the costumer Serbia industry and I know that all this is wrong
