Besides Zaxby’s being gross in general, this location is exceptionally bad. The service is SO slow, probably because the entire staff is teenagers who stand around laughing and playing on their phones. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with 4 different people before a slightly older guy finally walked by and helped me.

I only give a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the experience I had with the cashier I had. I came in on March 17th around 6:04pm, & as I was ordering mine & my husbands to go order, I couldn’t really hear what the cashier was saying, as she was very soft spoken & it was loud in the restaurant from people & the kitchen, so I had to kindly ask multiple times what she had said since I couldn’t hear her, but she got very irritated with me, which I can understand it’s annoying to have to repeat yourself, but in customer service, you shouldn’t show your frustration to your customers, especially directed towards them. I also had asked for some fry seasoning on the side, & she looked at me like I was dumb & asked “fry seasoning?” Like she didn’t know what it was. But I remained kind & explained to her what I meant by fry seasoning. I don’t appreciate having someone make me feel dumb for asking a question in customer service. Other than this experience with this cashier, our food was great & correct. The person who handed me my food was very kind & attentive & I believe the manager who I spoke to last was also very kind & attentive.

3 times a charm so now I will review…worst zaxbys ever ordered online and got cold food no napkins or utensils or even the sauces that were to be included missing drinks. Similar has happened 2 other times in last month..guess I need to go elsewhere…good bye….edit management went above and beyond to make things right so I will adjust my review to 4 stars because like I said management and corporate support was extremely excellent

Stopped by here with a few friends while we were on our way back to Texas. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness, and of course, the food! The food was cook well and seasoned even better. There was a young lady working named Katie Sue and she went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of, and she gave great item recommendations from the menu. Even though I think the chicken fingers were super small and puny, I still gave them five stars because I know that is something that is beyond their control. I would highly recommend stopping by if anyone lives in the area!
