I wish I could have given this store a zero. This is the most incompetent restaurant I’ve ever been too. When we pulled up, there was about a minute or two of silence. Then a woman said “hold on.” Five minutes later, some fat guy came and sat down at the register, counting money never, acknowledging us. 10 minutes has passed with no type of acknowledgment. Finally another guy said there’s been a shift change and for us to wait a minute. Another five minutes passed and a lady said the same thing about the shift change, but that we have to come inside to order. We parked, went inside with no apology, or even a ounce of remorse for the last 15 or so minutes. Customer service has a lot to do with making the customer feel slightly important and this just wasn’t done at the store.

Hideous drive through experience. Most all the lights were off in the building, the woman on the speaker was rude and cut me off mid sentence with my total and told me to pull forward. “What was your order?” is the first thing she said when she opened the window, so that kinda speaks for itself. Basically no fries and it wasn’t worth it to try and order the fried pickles I had planned to. Club sammy had one piece of bacon and a cold slice of cheese. Don’t go here.

Went through the drive-thru. Always have a great experience. The food this time was not good. Ithe chicken fingers were dry and hard. Do not know if they are changing over a new food item. I hope not. Will chalk it up to whoever they buy their chicken fingers from. Other than that. The cashier’s and window attendees are ALWAYS NICE, PLEASANT, AND SMILES

Why is there even an inside dining area if you lock your customers out of it. I tried to pick up an online order instead had to wait in a 30 min long line. This is unacceptable and the owner or manager of the store should be ashamed of themselves.

Literally the worst Zaxbys in the area. If you ask for something extra, after heavy sighs and constant eye rolls the act as if you the customer are interrupting there social time and don’t even expect a thank you or have a nice day or your lucky if you get any interactions, just hand your food and walk away. So if anything is incorrect or shorted,it’s your fault for ordering $27 worth of food! This franchise owner might want to see what is happening before your employees cause irreparable damages. I was a repeat customer until my last visit…Don’t want to bother anyone by asking for a drink and sauce that I paid for and you didn’t give me.
